800 voters randomly-selected Pennsylvania registered voters
were interviewed; the margin of error for statewide results is+/-3.5 percent at the 95 percent confidence level.
An oversample of 200 voters were interviewed in the countiescomprising the Philadelphia media market but excluding
Philadelphia County. In total, 369 interviews were conducted with the outer
Philadelphia market; the margin of error for outer Philadelphiamarket results is +/-5.1 percent at the 95 percent confidencelevel.
Interviews were conducted via landline and cell phones.
The survey was conducted January 22-27, 2013.

Removing government from the sale and distribution of wine andliquor by selling all state-owned Wine and Spirit Shops to privateretailers;
Allowing wine and liquor to be sold in supermarkets and specialtystores;
Allowing beer to be sold in supermarkets and specialty stores;and
Permitting Pennsylvania residents to purchase wine fromout-of-state retailers through the mail and on the Internet.
