VISITOR MANAGEMENT

1. Visitor Presses Galaxy Intercom:- Works for Main Entrance- Works for Secondary Entrances as needed

2. Visitor requests can go to the Mobile Apps or Concierge Phone:- Automatic video call of visitor- Graphic location of door location- Administrator verifies identity and/or need for entry- Visitor is granted access- Door opening is logged

3. Enrollment into Visitor Management System:- ID is scanned into system- Visitor photo is captured- Visitor badge is printed and optional Access Control card is issued

BENEFITS:- Visitor can be issued a temporary access control credential- Self-Expiring label stock is available- All visitors remain in the system eliminating data capture on repeat visits- All activity is logged and searchable/reportable- Access Credentials can be issued from the Visitor Management
