Develop the first research institute dedicated to understanding and formalizing the field of Pre-Earthquake Science.

Perform dynamic loads tests on rocks in various states of water and brine saturation to document how positive holes flow through rocks and to establish a baseline for field data.

Establish a calibrated electromagnetic baseline for a particular fault zone and determine the best method of data collection.

Build software that can combine, analyze, and calibrate multiple signals and generate a forecast in real time.

5DEPLOY

Deploy a forecast system of existing satellites, new satellites and multicomponent ground station networks in as many seismically active regions of the world as possible.

NASA has already granted Dr. Freund over $1,000,000 to support research on earthquake signals. This research is only

the beginning of GeoCosmo.
