and transform them into finished artwork.

• Some expressive typography is better than others!

• Be sure to make your typography readable.• Consider the word as a whole.• Consider each letter individually as well as

how they contribute to the whole.• The expressive design should be part of the

typography itself, and not the background or supporting imagery.

• You will have 3 days to complete this assignment.

• Today is the first day…get the information, choose your words and work up your rough copies.

• Good copies will be done on 11x14 inch paper, and your image must take up a minimum of 75% .
