Session Description Do you have an industry topic that you are knowledgeable and passionate about? Do you have a desire to share your knowledge and expertise with others? Are you ready to take it to the next level - from Conference Attendee to Conference Presenter? You are invited to join us for an informational and interactive breakfast discussion to learn how to become a conference presenter.

Speaker Background LaDonna Spragg is a team lead, customer service champion, and training coordinator at Accenture, where she provides application support for Caterpillar dealers around the world. LaDonna has been a member of HDI since 2006, serving in several local chapter officer roles including president for the Central Illini and Chicagoland chapters.  She currently serves as district president for Region 2, District B.

Darien Chimoff is HDI 2017 Conference Program Chair and has previously served as Track Chair for both the Fusion and HDI Conferences. She is the cofounder and past president of the HDI Atlanta local chapter, former director of the Southeast region, and past chair of the HDI Member Advisory Board, where she helped set the direction for the HDI local chapters. Darien has spoken at conferences and other industry events on a variety of topics related to world-class support.
