Tools are tested according to standard for low flammability properties, thus eliminating risks of fire.

FLAMMABILITY TEST

To use standard force impact to the tools after chilled to -40°C, to ensure the insulation shield can stand under extreme low temperature.

COLD IMPACT RESISTANCE

Tools in this section are manufactured and individually tested to fulfill IEC900, DIN EN 60900 and VDE 0608/02 strict regulations. Under these regulations each product is individually tested in water at 10,000V and subjected to the following 5 batch test stages:

Under a force of 20N and heat up to 70°C, tools are applied to 5000V for 3 minutes to ensure no dielectric breakdown.

5000V AFTER PENETRATION TEST

100% INSPECTEDBEFORE SHIPMENT Individual insulated tools are inspected to 10000V before shipment.
