Professional ImpactCredibility is the key! At work, we strive to have andmaintain credibility among our coworkers, managers, and customers. We want to be respected and viewedas the “right person to go to” or “the person who knowsthe job”. Professionalism is the mirror to credibility and, unfortunately, what others “perceive” to be professionalvaries on their “own frame of reference”. We canmanage those actions which can take away from ourcredibility. If we focus on these actions, we lessen thechance of others' perceptions becoming altered, leavingthem with the impression that we strive to make. This4-hour class focuses on how you can acheive theprofessionalism necessary to reach and maintaincredibility in the workplace. By achieving these goals, you are most likely to be viewed as “professional” by allpeople you interact with at work.
