GETTING STARTED
Welcome to the world of revolutionized payment solutions!
As a Cardholder, you will now have the benefit of managing your
transactions using the World Wide Web--- Anytime, Anywhere in a click of
the button!
It is Secured, Fast and Best of All ---- FREE for all the OneCardNetwork
Cardholders!
This product tour will guide you on the basic procedures and steps in using
your Cardholder’s Portal.
Registered cardholders are provided with two ways to access and
manage their accounts. Through these various portals, cardholders can
conveniently accomplish transactions, and use services according to their
needs.
Two Ways to Access your Account:
• Online Cardholder’s Portal – www.onecardnetwork.com/
• Mobile Cardholder’s Portal- (gateway- 09188736348)

How to register for an OCN card
Step 1. Go to the nearest One Card Center Outlet or any
Cooperatives where you are a member. Make sure you bring with
you all your KYC or Know your Customer requirements, which
include:
• 2x2 ID picture

• Photocopy of 2 valid ID’s
• Photocopy of Billing Statement
• Cellphone
Step 2. Completely fill out the OCN Registration Form.
Step 3. Submit to the teller the Registration Form, together with your
complete KYC or know your Customer requirements. (Teller will
process your application by encoding your KYC’s into the system.)
Step 4. After awhile, the teller will hand over to you your OCN Card.
“You may now activate your OCN card to fully utilize the various
services offered.”

Please remember:
During the registration period, you will be required to nominate your
own username and password that will allow you to manage your own
transactions via online. It is advised that you create a unique password
but make sure that you can remember it at all times.
DO NOT share your username and password to anyone. You can
change your password at any time using this customer website
(www.onecardnetwork.com). You must do this if you think that anyone
else knows your Password. PLEASE REMEMBER ANYONE WHO KNOWS
YOUR PASSWORD CAN GAIN ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

INTRODUCTION - THE OneCardNetwork CARD
Before we proceed with the step-by-step guide on how to use your
Cardholder’s portal, allow us first to introduce the “Product” – The
Rechargeplus Card. The Rechargeplus Card is uniquely developed to be
globally multifunctional. It uses the latest technology of mobile and online
applications that will surely provide a world of convenience to you as our
cardholders. We will continue to innovate and create more value added
services to the OneCardNetwork card and create a “one-stop-shop-
payment-solution” that will surely satisfy your everyday payment needs.
Also, as our Cardholder, you will be able to perform the following card
functions and value added services:
� Card Balance
� Card-to-Card transfer
� Card Loading
� Updating your profile
� Card Linking
� Card Status
� Transaction Summary
� Bills Payment
� Purchase Prepaid products
As a Cardholder, you have a number of responsibilities. It is important to
understand these responsibilities.
You are responsible for understanding the policies and procedures
regarding the definition of the OneCardNetwork Card functions and its
value added services. You are responsible for using the OneCardNetwork
Card only for services and transactions that comply with these card
functions and value added services.
If there are certain card functions and value added services that are not
applicable to your card, it is your responsibility to understand the authority,
policies, and procedures that your merchant has assigned to you.

Welcome to your OneCardNetwork cardholder’s portal. You are now
ready to experience the convenience of having an online tool to
manage your Onecardnetwork card account in a click of the button.
Let’s start!
Once you have successfully logged in to your account, you can now view
the home page of your account; this will allow you to see the following:
If by any chance you
forgot your password,
don’t panic--all you
have to do is click on
the “Forgot Password”
tab and provide the
following information:
1. Full Name
2. Card number
3. Email address
The system will send
you a temporary
password. Once you
have logged in with
that temporary
password,
immediately change
it.

ACCOUNTS
Inside your OCN card account; you will be able to perform several
functionalities such as viewing your account balance, your transaction
history and the status of your card. Let’s do it one-by-one.
1. Account Balance
If you want to view your latest balance, just click “Account balance” under Accounts

If you wish to view the transaction history of your OCN card, please click “Transaction Summary” under Accounts

Transfers
Inside your Onecardnetwork cardholder’s portal, you are entitled to
perform the following transactions just simply click in the tab “TRANSFERS”
and be able to Send Money, Load Mobile, and Load Products in real
time.
1. Send Funds
Sending money to your friends and loved ones will never be a burden again! Transfer from your OCN issued card to another OCN issued card instantly via online. Wherever you are in the Philippines, One Card Network will always be there to provide you with the best solution for your remittance needs.
To start sending
money using your
Onecardnetwork
card, just click
“Send Funds”
under “Transfers”

After the transactions process, a successful notification will appear. The cardholder to whom you send the money will be notified of the transfer via SMS text message.

2. Load Mobile
Keeping in touch with your family and friends is much easier now that you can instantly load your mobile phone whether you are SMART, SUN or Globe subscriber. You can also use your OCN issued card to buy prepaid minutes not just for you but for your family and friends too! Now that’s convenience!
Simply click in the “Load Mobile” tab and be able to do mobile loading.

Type in the cell phone # of the person you wish to send load. No need to worry if it is Sun, Globe, or Smart. The system will automatically generate it.

Your Onecardnetwork
account allows you to
buy prepaid
products, such as
telephone, internet,
among others. Simply
click on “Load
Products” under the
“Transfers” tab.

Cards, Phone Cards,
Internet Cards, others.
For purposes of
demonstration we will
purchase a prepaid
game cards.

After the transactions process, a successful notification will appear. It includes the ff. codes of the product you’ve purchase.

Profile
1. Change Profile
Once you have successfully logged in, you may choose to edit your
profile. Just click “Change Profile” under “Profile” tab

you log in to

once you’re done.
After updating
your profile, a
message
saying, “Profile
successfully
updated!”

2. Change Log in Password
As part of the security features of the cardholder’s online portal, you are
given your own Username and Password to be able to log in. You can
subsequently change your password through your online account. Here’s
how you should do it:
Once logged
in just go to
the “Change
Login
Password”
under “My
Profile” tab.

password that you
want to change.

placed under ‘Type
your new password’.

3. Change PIN Number
Once you have been registered a card, the first thing that you have to do
is to activate your card. Activating the card can be done using your
mobile phone or through online.
If you want to activate your Onecardnetwork card using the
“Cardholder’s portal”, here’s how you should do it:

Note: You can always change your PIN at any time using this Cardholder’s
portal. You must do this if you think that anyone else knows your PIN. The
PIN number will be used on your ATM withdrawal transactions.
Next, type four zeroes
‘0000’ as it is the
default PIN of your R+
Card Re-type the pin
number that
you input as
your ‘new PIN’ Type in your choice of
a 4-digit PIN number,
take note of the
restrictions, it can’t be
4 consecutive
numbers (like ‘1234’),
4 repeated numbers
(like ‘2222’), or the last
4 digits of your OCN
Card.
Once you’re done
just click on
‘Change PIN’.
A successful
notification would
prompt after you
have successfully
changed your PIN.
Make sure that
you can
remember the pin
that you have
inputted

LINK ACCOUNTS
Card Linking is one of the best features of the Onecardnetwork Card.
Through this function, you are able to link other cardholder’s of
Onecardnetwork Card that will allow you to send money or mobile
minutes. This is also a security measure for you as the cardholder, as you
can’t send money unless your beneficiary is linked to your account.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Card Accounts
Note: Beneficiaries are those cardholders you want to transfer funds to.
If you want to transfer
funds to your
beneficiary you must
click the ‘Link
Accounts’ and be
able to link other
cardholders account.

Note: You are not allowed to use the same shortname or alias in linking
your beneficiary or even during linking the mobile phone. It is advisable to
create a unique alias or shortname for your beneficiary or the recipient of
mobile minutes.
Type in the OCN
card number of
your desired
account to be link
on you.
Once done, just
click “Add Link”
Provide a short
name that you
would like to use
and will identify that
cardholder.
(Minimum of 3
characters for the
alias/shortname) e.g
mom, bro, sis.

BILLS PAYMENT
Through your Onecardnetwork online account, you can conveniently pay
your bills whenever and wherever you are without the hassle of ever
falling in line at billers’ locations. Come and take the tour to see how you
can easily and instantly pay your electricity bills, telephone bills, satellite
cable bills, insurance and so much more…
To pay your bills in your
cardholder’s portal, just
click on the “Bills
Payment” tab.

Just click on the
dropdown box, to view
the different types of
billers that you can pay
with your OCN Card.

Use the scroll bar, to
scroll up and down the
list of billers. Select by
clicking on the type of
bill that you wish to
pay. Let’s choose to
pay bill for Meralco as
an example.

Click on the Submit tab
to start with the
payment process. 4

Before you proceed to pay your bills, you should check the details.
When all of the information is correct, click “Confirm”

The processing fee for bills
payment is 10 PHP. This will
be deducted from the
balance of your card
once the bill has been
successfully paid.

Refer to your bill and
type the account name
that is stated in the bill.

information that
you typed. Once
you’re sure of all
the required
details from the
bill, click on Pay

save a copy of
the receipt.

the “Print
receipt” tab.

MESSAGE CENTRE
You can also use this cardholder’s portal to send message to your loved
ones.
To send message to
your love ones, just
click “Message Centre”
