This is an exploratory study to examine the problem levels faced by women. In addition to difficulties, there are some common barriers that seriously inhibit women to carry out duties spontaneously. Therefore, variables and indicators take in this study have been found to be significantly correlated. The pace with which maternal employment rates have increased to this point, however, is so rapid that many people fail to realize its prevalence.

SURVEY OBJECTIVES

- To gain knowledge about the problems and challenges faced by working women in the various workplace.

 - To identify the key socio-economic pointers contributing to

women’s status, safety and security. 

- To study women’s involvement in various activities/organizations for conducting the family, community

and society that can lead to their overall development. 

- To find out possible solutions that could help them to overcome the problems that they face in the workplace and at

home with their children’s.

- The job sectors are more preferable for the educated women.

- Most of the women are working for support the family economy.

- The majority age of the working women is 27 to 40 years.

- Women are more influenced by the governmental job sectors.

- 65% of the working women have children.

- They provide more time outside than the house.

- Majority of women are supported by their family and husband.

- Sexual harassment, health condition & children are more influencing barriers of their working way.

- Job sectors for women needs to be increased- Women need to be treated equally as men- Sexual harassment needs to be stopped- Health issue for women needs to be resolved by Government- Private Sectors should consider equal facilities for women as in Government job policies provide- Family support and believe is needed to encourage working women
