with making the choice that is right for you.

CHOICE

GOALS GLORIOUS GOALS

“If people only knew how hard I work to gain my mastery, it wouldn’t seem so wonderful at all” (Michelangelo, 1475-1564, Artist)

What specific goal can you set that will move you toward your vision?

By when do you want to achieve this goal?

What skills do you have that will support you in reaching this goal?

What skills will you need to develop to reach this goal?

What kind of time commitment will be required to achieve this goal? How will you schedule this into your calendar?

Is there anything that you need to let go of or manage in a new way in order to have the time available to reach this goal?

Who will hold you accountable for doing what you say you will do?

What are the consequences of not following your plan?

What reward can you give to yourself for following your plan and achieving your goal (Make it fun!)

BEYOND SMART

Talk doesn't cook rice ~Chinese Proverb

Well done is better than well said ~Benjamin Franklin

In any situation, the best thing you can do is the right thing; the next best thing you can do is the wrong thing; the worst thing you can do is nothing~ Theodore Roosevelt

ACTION!

15 MILE MARCH

Integrity

“Somebody once said that in looking for people to hire, you look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence, and energy. And if you don’t have the first, the other two will kill you. You think about it; it’s true. If you hire somebody without integrity, you really want them to be dumb and lazy.” ~ Warren Buffett
