•Designing a visual begins with gathering or producing the individual pictorial and text elements that you expect to use.

•Design vs Function

• Past studies : Annette et al. (2005) - produce corporate visual identity (CVI) as the essence of an organizations. Researcher from Taiwan state that visual communication play a major role in delivering an information to consumers through packaging design (Wang & Chou, 2007). Research from China applied the use of visual communication elements includes text, colour and appeal design in designed moon cake international packaging (Qing et al., 2012). Stokes (2012) indicated the use visual components in order to produce visual aids and animated visuals in teaching and learning process.
