Response to Beeman HW100-T, early purchase not always the best thing to do and a challenge.

Hi ,

I made a few month ago a quickfill modification to the Hw100

first de-pressurise the bottleThen in a Latthe put the front end of the bottle with the meter.with some protective sheeting to prevent dent's and scratching..Turn the bottle with a quick pull..Then the frontcap will screw off..on the inside there is a 4 mm hexkey at the back of the pressue meter.if you turn this right-on the meter will come forward and will press out the plastic front..

The hole has a Metric 10x 1mm treadI did take a Hi pressure hydaulics connecor (1/8 BSF to 1/4 Bsf),and did convert it to (1/8 BFS to M 10mmx1 tread)

( M10x 1mm is special fine tread !!)

Use the hydaulic metal/rubberinside rings to make it air tight..

on the 1/8 BSF tread you can put easyly a AAS 200/400 quickfill system

I also did make a black plastic cap to protect it in the field

Hi,

here some picture's of the modification part'sthese fit nice in to the frontcap of your HW100 cilinder,if the pressure meter is removed.

Thers are hi-pressure parts used by hydrolic systems!!!Don't use normal Wall-market plumber part's !!!
