The Fletchers have been living & ministering in East Asia since the year 2000. Currently they are running and facilitating Minister/Leadership Training Modules for Nationals in 5 nations in East Asia. They are targeting to help indigenous ministries, helping in evangelistic outreaches, & working to bring resources to local pastors and ministry leaders in public and home church networks. “Our goal is to help Asian nationals in evangelizing and building the Body of Christ within their own nation to fulfill Christ’s Great Commission in East Asia!”
Pastor Scott Fletcher - is the Director of Project: R.E.A.C.CH. Ministries, (R.eaching E.ast A.sia with the C.ommission of Ch.rist), that focuses on training and empowering Asian Nationals to fulfill their calling in the Great Commission of Christ! He has served for over 15 years in Missions, where he and Krista enjoys life in Thailand raising their 3 kids, Zach(16), Madison(12) and Micah(11).
Scott is licensed and ordained with Rhema Ministerial Associate International. He holds over 20 years of ministry experience. He severed as a Youth Minister & Associate Pastor for 6 years in the United States before moving to the mission field.
He responded to God’s call to serve as a Missionary in Asia together with his wife Krista in the year 2000. They served in Taipei, Taiwan as a Bible School Instructor, Evangelism Outreach Director and in Helps Ministry for 3 years.
Later they moved to Thailand in April of 2004 serving the first 3 years traveling and teaching for a Church Planting School inside Myanmar and teaching in local Bible schools in Thailand. Then God began opening doors for them to
hold their own ministry training modules within the nations of East Asia. They have labored in Taiwan, China, Myanmar (Burma), Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia.
In Chiang Mai, Thailand Scott & Krista are members of House of Praise Church under Christian Outreach Center of Thailand where they serve on the Eldership board and help minister within the International Church under Pastors Jonathan and Judy Vickers.
The Fletchers currently facilitate and hold leadership development training modules in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam through their Antioch Ministry Group Leadership Training progarm. Training trainers that will have an impact on their society, generation and future generations for the Kingdom of Christ in Asia (2 Tim. 2:2)!
His passion is to help Reach & Restore Humanity through Christ’s unconditional Love, life-giving Word and miraculous Anointing!
