Individual Demand Analysis, Consulting and Kitchen Concepts:

Different catering concepts require an individual analysis of

the organizational structure, the food offering and the seat

capacity. The requirements and the functional specifications

for the new kitchen are clarified by the PALUX sales manag-

er in consultations with the customer. The kitchen organiza-

tion, the logistical process and the technical equipment, incl.

the direct surroundings, such as storerooms, sanitary areas

for employees, service and bar sectors, are configured and

planned in this concept phase. Structural conditions, require-

ments of local authorities, hygiene ordinances and energyreduction potentials are hereby taken into account. But the

kitchen concept must also have the flexibility to adapt to fu-

ture market trends and potential new customer demands in

the catering trade.

On this basis, PALUX generates an overall economic con-

cept for the customer which is exactly tailored to his opera-

tional requirements and business objectives.

By optimizing the processes in the kitchen and by the right

usage of the PALUX multifunctional equipment, we optimize

the investment and positively influence the later operating

cost. By an optimum in planning and a well defined concept,

costs of up to 20 % can be saved.

Tailor-made professional CAD kitchen planning:

The result of the conceptual analysis is the basis for the fol-

lowing planning process. Whether for process scheduling,

the detailed planning of the facilities or the preparation of

the detailed work and installation plans, PALUX applies the

most modern CAD technology (2D/3D views) in all phases

of the project.

The organizational structure of the kitchen, logistical proc-

esses, work ergonomics, thermal equipment, furniture ele-

ments etc. are represented in detail in the plan and give a

first spatial impression of the new kitchen to the customer in

3D technology.

Project management and Supervision:

The following has to be taken into account when preparing the work and

installation plans: Official editions and regulations, structural conditions,

possibilities of the supply and disposal connections, technical cooling re-

quirements, hygienic conditions, light, ventilation and heating conditions

etc.. All these data and specifications are transmitted into the different

work sheets and schedules.

The total project support and control is coordinated and monitored by

the Contract Manager. He manages, coordinates and supervises the

kitchen project on-site in close cooperation with the architect, consulting

engineers and specialist craftsmen already from the start of the project.With that, the amount of interfaces is reduced and we save time and cost

for our customers.

By assigning of an experienced Contract Manager approx. 5 % of the

on-site cost can be avoided.

High-quality Products, Manufacturing and Delivery on time:

In coordination with the customer and according to the schedule of the

project plan, we deliver the new kitchen exactly on time. In general, 90%

of the products applied are manufactured in our own facilities. This en-sures a very high quality standard.

State-of-the-art production methods and the know-how of the manufac-

turing people allow the efficient, cost-conform and quality oriented pro-

duction of the equipment needed for the agreed customer solution. Be-

fore delivery, we build up the entire kitchen in our staging hall to ensure

that it is configured completely and fits precisely.

The modular system approach, the multifunctional usability of the equip-

ment and the patented connection system ensure highest flexibility and

investment reliability for our customer.

Professional Installation, Commissioning and Hand-over:

The assembly of a kitchen must be carried out with high accurateness

and precision since this investment is exposed to highest work loads

over years every day. Well experienced specialists from PALUX conduct

the professional installation of the kitchen components on-site. After

installation is completed, all equipment is once more tested on its func-

tional readiness, only then the hand-over to the customer takes place.

Customer Instruction and Training:

Normally, a refurbishing of the kitchen is also connected with

changes of the organizational and logistical work processes

and to new equipment technology. In order for our customers

to be able to use and apply the new technology and learn

the new workflows from the beginning, experienced PALUX

chefs instruct the kitchen crew with the equipment.

In that way, we familiarize the chefs and the kitchen team at

their own location with the operation and the application of

the equipment and kitchen utensils. They give them tips andhints about the special advantages of handling, operating

and cleaning the equipment. The whole handling shall be

correct from the beginning.

After-Sales Service for operational reliability:

All the equipment in the professional kitchen is exposed

to heavy work loads continuously. To ensure a maximum

of operational reliability at the same time, PALUX service

partners are very close to you. Well trained and competent

PALUX experts are available on 365 days a year to serve

the customer.

To avoid future failures, to keep the operation running andtherefore minimize the operating costs, we offer different

maintenance agreements tailored to the needs of the cus-

tomer, e.g. from spot service or maintenance contracts to

full-service packages. These provisions ensure higher safe-

ty, reliability and longevity of your kitchen facility.
