8. For Mesh Grille Installations: Once the lower grilleis installed, cut off the cable ties installed in Step 5 .

11 . Cut out, align and tape the supplied hole locationtemplate onto the bumper cover, making sure youslide the template as far back as it will go. Use anawl or similar pointed tool to mark the hole loca-tions onto the bumper cover. Remove the tem-

plate, flip the template over and mark the hole onthe opposite side.

12 . Use a 1/8 (.125) drill bit to drill the marks madein the previous step, then use the drill bit to con-nect the holes, making a mounting slots forslight left to right adjustments.

5. For Mesh Grille Installations: Align the lower meshgrille sections into place over the existing lowerfactory grille insert and use the cable ties to holdthe mesh sections in place for the following sur-round installation procedure.

6. For Mesh Grille Installations: Align the stainlesssteel grille surround over the mesh sections, allow-ing the surrounds to overlap the painted bumpercover at the outside edges. For Q Grille installa-tions: Align the Q grille sections over the factory grilles, allowing the surrounds to overlap thepainted bumper cover at the outside edges.

7. Use a 1/16 drill bit to drill through the mountingholes one at a time and install a #6 x 3/4 Torx pinhead screw. Continue this until all lower mountingscrews have been installed.

4. Use masking tape to tape up the edges of thefenders and 1/4 inside the edge of the grillereturn. Paint everything (as shown) inside the grilleopening flat or semi-gloss black prior to mesh orQ grille installation.
