areas with the greatest potential to deliver safety improvements• CAA Board can make more strategic decisions based on real safety
data using the Regulatory SMS understanding systemic risk• CAA is a credible partner to industry rather than a pure compliance
checking mechanism• Improved information flow to really understand risk and encourage
evidence based decisions• Comparability of existing data helps industry to feedback evidence
more easily and identify trends• Safety is at the forefront of PBR, but the other areas are seeing the
benefits of the integrated approach
