    CAFETERIACONCEPTIONAL SKETCH

Stand up bar with a coffemachine and a vitrine for fresh snacks and refreshments.

Along the back wall are kitchen appliancesas fridge, microwaven, dishwasher, sink and shelves for storage.

Further more, there are 3 x 2 peopletables, an american diner for 4 personsand a corner bench for up to 8 people.

Light curtains, high end acoustic panels, woolen carpets and lacquerd glass lampscreate a warm atmosphere.

Francis.ClearyText BoxFC Comment: We need to think where we locate the Cafe so that it supports both the co-working space and our standard private offices - which suggests locating the Cafe & Document Centre at the interface between these 2 zones.

We would not have the soft seating shown, unless we can successfully design this as part of the 'co-working' workspace & meeting space options

    INFORMAL MEETINGIMPRESSIONS

    Francis.ClearyRectangle

Francis.ClearyText BoxFC - this is of interest as a reference for further design of our semi-private offices. I am thinking here of some semi-private offices having dual function use as day offices & informal meeting spaces.

    THINK TANKIMPRESSIONS

Francis.ClearyText BoxFC Note: Our version is the semi-private offices, and we would need to further develop how our semi-private offices present within the context of the design of the whole co-working space
