CLIENT Change Masters ® — an executive coaching and leadership program — has been assisting premier companies around the world since 1986. Change Masters offers individual executive coaching for the upper third of the organization chart in “primarily large global companies,” explained Thomas Mungavan, company president. The company’s customer base includes more than 25 Fortune 500 companies. CHALLENGE The Change Masters staff worked from its own offices for more than 20 years, and during that time the company evolved into a more virtual and more global organization. As a result, staff members found they were working off-site more than ever. “By 2008 we noticed our staff was seldom in the office!” Mungavan said. “It begged the question, ‘Why lease space when I’m out of the office much of the time?’” SOLUTION Mungavan looked at options and chose Regus. “We’ve used Regus facilities globally — the office space, conference rooms, and videoconferencing — on three continents and in more than 10 cities. No matter where we meet our clients around the world, the facilities and staff we’ve used have been very professional and have served our clients well.” Mungavan uses multiple Regus products. “We have a Businessworld Platinum membership for key staff members so we have an office available to us in more than a thousand locations worldwide. We use the Virtual Office so we can work from our Florida location in the winter.” The flexibility and convenience of having access to a worldwide network of fully staffed and equipped offices is the biggest benefit to Change Masters, Mungavan said. “I’ve doubled my business while significantly cutting my total cost for space and staff. CLIENT

Change Masters® — an executive coaching and leadership program — has been
