Why 3D machined deck fittings

The material we use is German certified stainless 316. This high standard material

guarantees no faults or irregularity’s within the material. Another advantage is that

the client has the option to have his input in the final shape. Engravings like the yacht

name or yard logo are also possible.

All our 3D machined products are also available in either mirror polished titanium for

lightweight and aluminiumbronze for the real classic looks.

Cleats

The main range of our cleats is from 300mm up to 600mm, other sizes are possible.

YEP can also deliver the regular shapes in 3D machined mirror polished. On top of

that we offer you the possibility to create your own custom designed cleats in

cooperation with YEP.

YEP classic teak

Standard delivery is the two stainless polished studs including two internal bolts for

locking the teak bar and the oval shaped teak bar. (It is also possible to weld the

studs direct on steel)

For easy positioning and mounting we can supply a aluminum weld plate including

o-rings, A4 Bolts, NordLock washer (Din25201) and Tufnol insulation washers.

Deck drains

Our machined deck drains can be customized to the clients wishes.

The greatest benefit is that the client can order the connection customized to the

vessels drain pipes. All dimensions can be altered which gives our customers the

opportunity to decide how far the drain has to go through the deck.

Note: e.g. all dimensions can be changed if requested

Fairleads and chocks

Our fairleads and chocks are all custom complete 3D designed and may be bend in

all directions. To make every piece match with the hole dedicated for the fairlead or

chock every hole will be 3D measured on site. This way of doing the job guarantees

the machined fairlead or chock will fit in with the smallest tolerance and will be

exact in line with the shape of the hull. Another advantage is that we do not need a

separate(half round) ring to be welded or bolted at the deck side. For mounting you

just slide the piece in and fixate it with Chock fast or similar.

Handrail studs

Our machined handrail studs have a internal screw for fixing the handrail.

They can be mounted with bolts or welded to the deck. If bolted O-rings guarantees

the water tightness. Below you see an example. All dimensions and shapes are

possible.

YEP also deliver SS316 bollards

Yep can also be your supplier for superyacht bollards.

You can choose any from 300mm to unlimited sizes stainless 316 mirror polished

bollards. We deliver bollards to be or welded onto the deck. Next to the standard

designs you also can order your own design. For your custom designed bollards Yep

will create you a drawing and rendered picture for your approval.
