By education Saba is an architect and his private business experience started early 90s in architecture, design, advertising and site development field. As entrepreneur he contributed startup push to several successful projects.

Since 1991 he is founding partner of Caucasus Travel – pioneer of newly born Georgian travel industry. Caucasus Travel gave spin of development to several tourism related companies. As founding partner Saba is also associated with VIP&BTC - American Express Travel Services Representative in Georgia.

In 2004-2006 he was working for Government of Georgia as the Chairman of Tourism Department. During these years very first encouraging steps were made in: Restructuring of industry authority, liberalization of taxation and regulation, Country’s promotion and marketing, Private-Public partnership in the field.
