Credit Union Centre is a multi-purpose arena facility that has expanded its seating to accommodate over 15,000 people. With moveable seating risers and telescopic seating, the Centre can convert its arena level into 70,000 square feet of exhibitor space and also has an additional 20,000 square feet of space on the Concourse level.

Free onsite parking can accommodate approximately 4,000 vehicles. Transit services can be arranged from downtown. For conventions, Credit Union Centre’s professional catering staff can serve groups from six to 6,000. For trade shows and exhibitions, several concession service points are conveniently located throughout the facility.

In addition to being a venue for large trade shows and conventions, Credit Union Centre plays host to big-ticket concerts, rodeos, ice shows, circuses and other events of a similar size. Hospitality suites are available for most events, accommodating up to 16 people. Credit Union Centre presently has 50 Private Viewing Suites with one suite available for rent on a per/event basis for hosting.

Prairieland Park is Saskatoon’s largest trade show  and convention facility, located minutes from downtown along the South Saskatchewan River. Prairieland Park offers free paved parking for 3,000 vehicles.

The Trade Centre, with 240,000 square feet under one roof, consists of six air-conditioned halls connected by a common foyer. The newly renovated Hall A features five breakout rooms with a common area to accommodate a plenary session for up to 1,500 people. Breakout rooms feature soundproof walls, the most current up-to-date audio-visual equipment, padded chairs, risers and more. Prairieland Park has a reputation of providing premier quality food service, ranging from coffee to full service banquets for as many as 5,000 people.

Located in downtown Saskatoon, TCU Place – Saskatoon’s Arts and Convention Centre offers 104,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space, 21 meeting rooms and a 2,003 three-tier soft-seat theatre with a full production stage.  Convention space features a flexible wall system, dedicated registration area, and state-of-the-art, built-in audiovisual equipment.

Features include 19-foot ceilings, wall-to-wall carpet, a wall of natural light and a different ambience on each level. The facility can accommodate small to large events, from 50 people to 2,000. TCU Place’s catering is known for creativity and staff will design special menus to suit each event.

The Centre has developed a “Think Green” campaign that focuses on energy conservation, waste reduction and recycling, interior environment and awareness.

The University of Saskatchewan is located directly across the river from the Saskatoon City Centre – a five-minute drive or a 20-minute walk along the Meewasin Valley Trail.  The campus is approximately 15 minutes by car to the John G. Diefenbaker International Airport.

A variety of meeting space is available, ranging from classrooms to theatres and auditoriums. The campus is considered a walking campus, with all facilities within a five-minute proximity to the four residence halls at Voyageur Place and food services.

Hospitality Services provides dormitory-style accommodation*, conference registration management for hire, catering coordination for events at Marquis Hall and catering deliveries around the campus. The banquet facility, Marquis Hall, has rooms suitable for events from a 12-person luncheon to an 800-person reception.
