Preface

conditions: (1) the tumor size should be within a certain limit; (2) the patients body

must respond to Golden Lypres ; (3) Golden Lypres needs to be taken continuously

for a prolonged period of time.

1.How Golden Lypres treats tumors

As both the active ingredients in Golden Lypres

come from food (fruits andvegetables), the product itself does not hold direct tumor-eliminating effects. A largenumber of animal studies and clinical trials have proven that Golden Lypres

works by

enhancing the immune system, activating NK cells and the inactivated CD8+ CTL cells,

and eventually leading to the re-identification and elimination of tumor cell that have

escaped previous immune responses.

Fig. 1 illustrates the animal study data on NK cell activity in response to different

substances. Results have proven that increased NK cell activity is only seen when

lycopene and resveratrol are combined with each other.

The term NK cells stands for Natural Killer Cells. The 3 types of lymphocytes in the

human body include the B cells (matures in the spleen and produces antibodies), T

cells (matures in the thymus and regulates immunity), and NK cells (innate immune

cells that mature in the bone marrow). Among the three lymphocytes, the former two

are more well-known and contribute to 90% of the bodys total lymphocyte count, while

NK cells exist in a relatively low amount which contributes to the 10-15% of the bodys

total lymphocytes. However, NK cells are the oldest and the most effective weapons inthe immune system to fight against and eliminate riots. It has been scientifically

proven that a higher level of NK cell activity leads to a lower incidence rate of tumors.At present, NK cell treatments on tumor patients have been utilized throughout the

world. The treatment involves extracting blood from tumor patients and cultivating the

NK cells in these samples in mediums, then injecting them back into each patient.

This kind of NK cell treatment has shown effective tumor suppressing abilities, which

proves that an increased level of NK cell activity can, in fact, serve the purpose of

curing tumors. Related studies have also proven that an NK cell is able to kill and

eliminate 27 cancer cells before it dies.

Clinical trials have shown that five days after the administration of Golden Lypres

, NKcells begin to proliferate, become activated and start to attack and eliminate tumor cells

rapidly (Fig. 2). A continuous administration of Golden Lypres

ensures that the level of

NK cell activity remains at a high level, which is acceptable by the human body.

This outcome also tells us that a continuous administration of Golden Lypres

is

necessary to ensure a high level of NK cell activity.

2.The effects of tumor sizes on the efficacy of Golden Lypres

Cancer cells must reach a certain size to become life-threatening. The human

immune system is the most important and effective weapon against tumor growth. If

we think of tumors as gangsters, then the human immune system would be the police

department. If the gangsters are willing to thrive and expand, the first thing to do is to

bribe and buy off police officers in order to prevent them from interfering with criminalaffairs or even involve them in some cases.

A lot needs to be done by a tumor in order for it to evade the detection of the human

immune system. For example, it has to de-regulate its MHC expression so that the

cancer-cell-specific antigens cannot be effectively presented. However, as the

chance of a tumor being detected by the human immune system increases with its size,

a stronger and more effective way for these cancer cells to buy off the police officers

is needed. As a result, these cancer cells start fighting against the immune systems

interference using chemical weapons: These cancer cells attack the immunesystem from its source by secreting strong immune-system-inhibiting cell factors such

as TGF-. IL-10, IL-13, and IL-6The difficulty of repairing the immune system increases with the size of the tumor due

to the fact that larger tumors secrete greater amounts of chemical weapons. Duringthe terminal stage of cancer, the human immune system reaches an extremely

confused state as it becomes entirely controlled by the chemical weapons secreted

from the tumor.

Hence, as a tumor reaches a certain size, the immune-system-inhibiting substancewould be enough to cancel the effects of the NK cell activity triggered by Golden

Lypres

. This is why immune treatments are usually less effective in situations with

large tumors. According to statistics, this barrier is reached with a tumor size of 3.0cm,

with the exception of benign tumors, for which the barrier may be greater than 5.0cm asthey secrete less immune system inhibiting substances.

3. Prevention is better than cure

The longstanding saying an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure suggests

that the concept of prevention is better than cure has been well understood for a very

long time. Here, we are providing the data of an experiment performed on mice to

illustrate the extraordinary tumor-preventing effects of Golden Lypres

, which is yet

another result of the efficacy of this product in response to the size of the tumor. Wecan clearly see from Fig. 4 that the administration of Golden Lypres

prior to tumor

inoculation leads to a complete elimination of the inoculated tumor cells. Surprisingly,

a significant size difference was observed between the tumors that resulted from the

administration of Golden Lypres

three days and five days after tumor inoculation:tumors formed under the conditions where Golden Lypres

was administered three

days after tumor inoculation remained relatively small, while tumors formed under the

condition where the product was administered five days after tumor inoculation showed

sizes that closely resemble tumors from the control group. (Fortunately, Golden

Lypres

does not promote the growth of tumors)

This experiment revealed two important facts:(1).Taking Golden Lypres

prior to tumor formation creates a powerful

tumor-preventing effect.

(2). The effect of Golden Lypres

diminishes as the size of the tumor

reaches a certain level. Hence, we can say that the efficacy of the Golden

Lypres

treatment depends on the size of the tumor.

4. Suggested use of Golden Lypres in tumor treatment

Several conditions need to be fulfilled in order for Golden Lypres

to reach its full

effectiveness. First, the patient needs to show a good appetite and follow a diet

that involves a reasonable amount of food intake. The reason for this is that the

absorption level of Golden Lypres

by the human body depends on the amount of bile

secreted. Thus, the first thing that needs to be considered when meeting a patient forthe first time is whether or not he/she is eating normally.

Secondly, chemotherapy should be avoided unless necessary. This is because

undergoing chemotherapy repeatedly will cause destructions of the bone marrow,

leading to severe damage of the NK cell precursors, which will eventually disable the

enhancing effects of Golden Lypres

on NK cell activity.

Thirdly, the patient should begin to adopt a vegetarian diet. The reason for this is

that a vegetarian diet can reduce the rate of tumor growth. Tumor cells are animal cells

and plasma membrane components are necessary for these cells to grow and

proliferate. Two animal plasma membrane components are non-existent in plant

plasma membranes and thus adapting to a vegetarian diet will suppress the growth oftumor cells due to the insufficient amount of required nutrients being provided to these

cells. Plants also contain many metabolites that have destructive effects on animalcell and thus can inhibit tumor cell growth. This suppression of tumor cell proliferation is

without a doubt beneficial to the tumor-fighting immune treatments performed through

Golden Lypres

administrations.

Lastly, careful evaluation should be made prior to Golden Lypres

administration

in leukemia and lymphoma patients as this product promotes the proliferation of

lymphocytes. Many studies have also revealed that the healing effect of Golden

Lypres

on treating rapidly developed acute liver cancer patients remain fairly limited.

Therefore, different procedures should be considered and carried out for tumor controlsin these patients.

1) Proper preparatory measures prior to Golden Lypres

administration

1. Scan the tumor using imaging technologies such as CT scans (MRI scans for

brain tumors) to assess its size. Diagnosis should not rely solely on ultrasonic

(B-waves) and X-rays results as a precise decision cannot be made through

them.

2. Test the number of total NK cells in blood. The testing of total NK cells is not

available in all hospitals, as it is more complicated than general tests. This test

involves a routine blood test (to assess the total lymphocyte count) and an NK

cell count (to determine the percentage of NK cells in lymphocytes). The

number of NK cells in the patients body prior to Golden Lypres

administration

can be accessed using these two values.

3. Another test that should be carried out is the tumor marker test. The substance

being tested in this test differs depending on the type of the tumor. For example,

PSA is used for prostate cancer and CEA and CA199 are used for lung cancer

(refer to Table I for details).

4. Once all test results are available, a Tumor information form should be filled out

by the patient or the patients family and then returned to our patient contact

department for filing and managing purposes. If any information is missing, the

patient should cooperate with our patient contact personnel to complete the form.

A sample of the Tumor patient information form is provided at the end of this

section.

Careful consideration should be made in selecting the hospital where the NKcell test and the tumor marker test are being performed, as these results

are critical to evaluating the effect of future treatments. These two markers

are also required to be monitored and tested regularly after Golden Lypres

administration. It is suggested that the patient be tested by the same

hospital throughout the duration of treatment in order to prevent deviation

and inaccuracies of test results from arising.

Prior to the administration of Golden Lypres

, the patient or the patients

family have to agree to the treatment plan we propose. With the approval of

both sides, Golden Lypres

treatment and corresponding technical support

will be provided, and the patient should follow the treatment planinstructions and collaborate with us in our follow-up investigations (e.g.

regular telephone surveys, routine check-ups, etc). This is the only way to

maximize the effect of Golden Lypres

during treatment.

2) For patients with comparatively small tumors:

1. Patients who demonstrate a good appetite can start taking Golden Lypres

immediately. They should try to stick to a vegetarian diet (best to completely

avoid all animal source food), take 1-3 capsules after each meal with a daily

dosage of 3-6 capsules depending on the amount of food intake. Patientsshould consume more food that promotes bile secretion, such as peanut butter,

coconut milk, soy lecithin and soy protein powder. A second NK cell count test

should be performed after two weeks of taking Golden Lypres

, and if no

increase in the number of NK cells is observed, alternative tumor treatments

should be considered as this suggests that the tumor cells in the patients body

are secreting harmful cell factors that suppresses the immune system (refer tothe following section for details).

2. Patients should continue to take Golden Lypres

for another 2-3 months if a

significant increase of NK cells is observed. A visual imaging test should be

performed following this in order to assess the treatment outcome.3. A test on tumor-specific markers should be performed 2 months later to evaluate

the effectiveness of the treatment.

These procedures can be performed several times depending on the rate of

tumor shrinkage. Generally, tumors with sizes smaller than 2cm will

disappear within 2 months along with the complete elimination of all possible

spots. Tumors that are less likely to undergo simple reduction will require

co-treatment of other drugs for a period of up to 6 months. This is especially

true for tumors that have already spread to the brain as NK cells spend less

time in the brain, causing the required time for treatment to be longer.

3) For patients with comparatively large tumors:

1. Tumors that are comparatively large (or those that dont shrink after GoldenLypres

administration) should be reduced through other procedures. A two

week administration of cancer targeted therapy drug Iressa can be implemented

to help shrink tumors that have not reach a life-threatening size. Once areduction of tumor markers is observed, patients can start taking Iressa and

Golden Lypres

simultaneously. Tumors usually will disappear within several

months if the patients encounter no drug tolerance issues.

Iressa is a tyrosine-kinase inhibitor of the epidermal growth factor receptor

(EGFR). It has been shown to be effective in treating most cancers

including lung cancer, breast cancer, esophagus cancer, stomach cancer,

colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, ovarian cancer,

cervical cancer and prostate cancer, as well as head and neck cancer at a

total effective rate of 70%. The use of Iressa in patients with liver cancer,

primary brain tumors, leukemia, and lymphoma should be treated withcaution. Some alternative methods of treatments that can be considered

include: Sorafenib, Nexavarl for liver cancer patients, Gleevec for leukemia

or sarcoma patients. Due to issues regarding the Intellectual Property

Rights, prices of the brand equivalent of Iressa - Geftinat by Natco in India

are comparatively cheaper and thus patients can buy this product from India

through the internet.

2. In situations where Iressa shows no effect, then surgery, chemotherapy, or

radiation therapy should be used to reduce the tumor before considering the use

of Golden Lypres

. However, chemotherapy should only be carried out 1-2 times

to avoid bone marrow destruction that causes lymphocyte deficiency. Brain tumor

patients should consider electrotherapy or radiation therapy as brain tumors

respond poorly to chemotherapy.

3. Following the administration of Golden Lypres

, routine tests should be carried

out on tumor markers, NK cell counts, etc. Usually after several months, the tumor

markers will lie within the normal range. This, along with no spot being observed

from the CT scan, are the criterions that define a successful cure. Prognosis then

follows.

Possible fever: During their terminal stages, many tumor patients encounter

fever symptoms medically referred to as tumor fever. As a tumor reaches acertain size, nutrients become depleted and thus a portion of the tumor cells

begin to die and release pyrogens (substances that cause the body

temperature to increase), which triggers a fever. An unexplained mild fever

(37.3-38.4 ) that arises 10 days after Golden Lypres

administration is often

triggered by substances that are released during the immune responseagainst cancer cells and is usually a good sign. Sometimes this fever lasts for

2-3 weeks with brain cancer patients showing more symptoms. Eventually,

the fading of the fever indicates that the tumor is being controlled.

4) The prognosis of tumors:

Patients who have been previously affected by tumors, whether cured or not, have adefect in their immune system. Without a proper repair of these defects, tumor

recurrence is bound to take place. Therefore, proper procedures must be carried out to

increase the number of NK cells as this number is inversely correlated to the tumorincidence rate.

1. Routine tests for tumor markers and NK cell counts should be carried out.

2. Specific tests should be performed when an increase in the tumor marker index is

observed.

3. If a reduced number of NK cells is observed, the administration of Golden Lypres

should be considered to increase this number.

If possible, the number of NK cells should be maintained at a comparatively high

level (the number of NK cells varies among individuals with a mean value of

0.350 M/mL) to prevent tumors from forming.

5. Successful Cases

Case 1

Mr. Sun, age 44, from Kaohsiung, Taiwan. In 2007, the patient was diagnosed

with a benign tumor on the neck that is more than 3cm in size. The patient

experienced severe constriction to the anterior neck prior to Golden Lypresadministration in October 2008. The constriction disappeared completely after a

daily consumption of 2-3 Golden Lypres

for 3 months. CT scan showed a

complete elimination of tumor. No other treatment procedure was carried out

during this process.

Case 2

Ms. Hoac, age 53, from Ho Chi Ming, Vietnam.

Diagnosed with a glioma (brain cancer) that is approximately 2cm in size in June

2008. The patient constantly lost consciousness prior to Golden Lypres

administration, which began in Dec. 2008. All symptoms disappeared completely

after a daily consumption of 4-6 Golden Lypres

(no other drug treatment orchemotherapy was involved) and a complete vegetarian diet for 2 months. A CT

scan showed only a shadow of the apoptotic tumor.

As no biopsy was carried out to identify the tumor type, analysis made by the

oncology department of the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf in

Germany suggested it to be a brain angioma.

Case 3

Ms. Lee, born in April, 1967, from Yunlin, Taiwan.

Diagnosed with Thymic carcinoma in 2007, she underwent surgery to have it

removed. The patient also underwent 27 sessions of electrotherapy (radiation

therapy) when the tumor recurred in April 2008. The tumor recurred again in

February 2009, along with multiple metastases. The patient was in despair whenher doctor told her that nothing else could be done to treat the cancer. She

began to take 6 Golden Lypres

capsules daily (with no other treatment involved)on Feb 6, 2009 and 3 months later (May 18th, 2009), tests showed that all bright

spots and metastatic spots were eliminated completely, leaving only the normal

tissues.

Case 4:

The importance of observing NK cell level changes before and after the


Mr. Xu, a 64-year-old patient from China who was diagnosed with lung cancer in

November, 2007 has undergone one session of chemotherapy following a tumor

resection in December, 2007. The patient experienced vomiting symptoms inMarch, 2009 and was confirmed to have brain metastases of lung cancer with

sizes of 2.0 cm * 1.7cm and 0.5cm * 0.5cm. He then underwent gamma raytreatment during the same month and began to take Golden Lypres

in June at a

daily dosage of 2-4 capsules. The patients NK cell level was 0.34 M/mL prior to

Golden Lypres

administration and 0.688 M/mL after 6 weeks of Golden Lypres

administration. With its highest record being at 0.917 M/mL, the patients NK cell

count remained high ever since, and the migraine symptoms also disappeared.

Multiple MRI scans confirmed a continuous tumor reduction until it was completely

eliminated.

Case 5

Ms. Lee, age 72, was diagnosed with lung cancer and underwent all kinds of

different treatments, including surgery and chemotherapy prior to Golden Lypres

administration. Two years after the first offset, a CT scan done on October 16,2009 revealed cancer recurrence in the central region of the right lung. The

As the number of successful cases regarding the use of Golden Lypres

continuously rising, there is no doubt about the effectiveness of this product. To avoid

stating the obvious, we will summarize the unsuccessful cases. After all, we all love to

see how Golden Lypres

successfully helps tumor patients overcome their diseases

and we all hate to see it fail.

Patients cancer has already spread to all major organs at the time of diagnosis

diseases? Although this question seems to have an easy answer, it actually involves

complex biological concepts. The fundamental reason is that as food supplies on

Earth have always been insufficient for the human population, evolution has always

focused on designing mechanisms to help animals overcome food deficiencies, not

food sufficiency (or even excess). In other words, we lack a gene that helps us react

to excess food consumption, making those from developed nations prone to diabetes

Since the day the Earth was born, it has never provided as sufficient a food supply as it

does today, which is caused by the developments of human technology. Some

children are even brought up in an environment filled with excess food from the day

Is there any method to solve this issue? Ten years ago, a restricted diet study was

performed on mice. In the study, mice were fed with a diet that contained a daily

Mr. Chen, age 60. The patient started using Golden Lypres due to overall poor
