To establish a standing order, send a purchase order to SAE stating the books you would like to receive on a standing order basis, and SAE will handle the rest. deposit AccountsStart an SAE Deposit Account and save valuable time and money! SAE Deposit Account subscribers initially deposit a minimum of $750 to their account, and are then assigned an account number. SAE returns PolicyTo ensure our customers receive prompt and proper credits for products returned to SAE in saleable condition, the returns form included in the shipment must be completed and accompany the return.
1. Print products must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
2. DVD, CD-ROM, software, or video products must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. Product must be in original shrink- wrapped package (unopened). SAE does not accept returns of any CD-ROM, software, or video products that have been opened.
3. SAE does not accept returns of downloadable documents or web products.
4. SAE does not accept returns of magazines, photocopies or quantity purchases of print products.
5. University Bookstores may return 20% of their original order of unused print products within 60 days of invoice date.
6. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is due to an SAE error.
7. No returns are accepted from book dealers, distributors, or resellers. All sales are final unless the product is damaged. Replacements will be issued - no credits or refunds.
