Enclosed is your Exhibitor Packet, which includes important information and order forms for the 2015 CRCA Trade Show. Thank you, in advance, for being part of the 32nd Annual CRCA Trade Show & Seminars! Don’t forget to mark the EXHIBITOR-ONLY Reception on your calendars; the show will close at 6 pm on Thursday, January 22nd. Each trade show exhibiting company will receive free passes for your booth personnel to this gala event, giving a bit back to those that make the CRCA show a success!
HOTEL ROOMS are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Hilton Suites and the Hilton Garden Inn Oakbrook Terrace. To receive CRCA group rates, refer to the enclosed Hotel Reservation Form and make your reservation by January 6th, 2015 to receive the CRCA Rate.
BOOTH SIZE is 10’ wide x 9’ deep x 10’ high. Please see enclosed diagram regarding booth size and display restrictions.
EVENT SERVICES INFORMATION will be sent to you under separate cover.
EXHIBITOR BADGES will be required for all personnel working in your booth. CRCA offers online registration which is easy and efficient.
REGISTRATION OPEN NOVEMBER 1st. Visit www.crca.org, click on the registration link to be issued an E-BADGE, which will be exchanged for a name tag at the show.

Important information for all CRCA Exhibitors
Aisle Booth A single booth is 9’ deep by 10’ wide by 10’ tall. A double booth is 20’ wide. The maximum height of 10’ is allowed only in the rear half of the booth space. A 5’ sightline for neighboring booths must be maintained.
Double End-Cap Booth An End-Cap booth is exposed to aisles on three sides and comprised of two booths. Dimensions of an End-Cap booth are 10’ deep by 18’ wide by 10’ high. The maximum height of 10’ is allowed only in the rear half of the booth space and within 5’ of the two side aisles. There is a 5’ height restriction imposed on all materials in the remaining space forward to the aisle. Each exhibitor is entitled to a reasonable sightline from the aisle regardless of the size of the exhibit. CRCA will resolve discrepancies. ** Please refer to diagram**
