2). The validation report describes in detail the test programme and quantifies all results and

measurements. Test Reports include all the test sheets for laminar flow cabinets, safety cabinets,

isolators clean room, fume cupboards etc. Each sheet has been devised to cover all the

requirements of the relevant standard. Airborne particle count sheets include printouts of all the

airborne particle counts taken on site.

3). Test certificates certify that the room or device which was tested meets the relevant standard. The

plans section will include drawings of all the areas surveyed. Showing airborne particle count

positions. Differential pressures and other information appropriate to the validation. Calibration

certificates are included for instruments used in the test programme.

Each page in the report is numbered consecutively and is embossed to prevent duplication.

Reports are produced as soon as possible after the work is done and we are always looking for ways

in which technology can speed up this process.

AIR BORNE PARTICULATE TEST

To Check class of cleanliness .This test provide the classification of

the area has been achieved with regard to the concentration of

air borne particulate

RECOVERY TEST

Demonstrates the ability of the room To remove the particulate by

purging the area with Filtered air and than the room can change

from a dirty to clean state with in specified time

HEPA FILTER INTEGRITY (LEAK) TEST

This test is carried out to check the Hepa filter media Integrity leak

test by using aerosol generator (Aerosol Media DOP or PAO)

Compressed air or Nitrogen gas at 20 to 30 PSI Pressure having

10-15 CFM airflow capacity require to generate. The aerosol at

upstream port of Hepa filter. We check Upstream concentration

before scanning the filter.

1). Photometer model 2H of Air Technic International USA, Power

operated with hand held scan probe having separate display

at probe and instrument. Capacity 1 CFM air Suction by

vaccum pump.

2). Generator DOP / PAO which generate aerosol Particle by

using aerosol liquid having capacity 5000 to 10,000 CFM.

AIR VELOCITY AND VOLUMETRIC FLOW RATE MEASUREMENT

To measure the airflow velocity across the filter, room Air volume, number of air changes ,check the differential pressure inside the clean room as well equipment used.

model No.: AM-4201, Range 0.4 – 30.0 M/sec2). Hot wire type Hand held battery operated Anemometer

direction, inlet flow or outlet flow conversion of displayed units between CFM.CMH, range 150 to 4000 CMH.

Temperature and humidity measurement (Mapping)

By using temperature sensors, humidity transmitter, Data Logger, software to down load the data in PC graphically Tabular form,Small compact battery operated data loggers are available .

INSTRUMENT USED.1). Nippon make 16 channel temperature Data logger micro

controlled based Universal input with RTD Temperature sensors and with 5 mtrs. compensating cable instrument has got inbuilt data storage memory which can be down loaded directly on 80 column dot matrix printer or through PC data can be viewed graphically as well table form.

2). Microcub make universal input TFT screen 16 channel temperature cum humidity data logger. Having large display of each channel, it has inbuilt data storage facility of temperature and humidity. Which can down load either in PC for tables and graphically display or direct 80column dot matrix printer. Temperature cum humidity transmitters sensors are used (imported) along with 20 mtr compensating cable length.

3). Imported handheld small compact battery operated data loggers are available and these are wireless design can be kept anyplace for sensing of temperature and humidity it has data storage facility and data can be down loaded in PC through software these are 21 CFR complaint. All above instruments are latest standard and duly calibrated by national / international standard instruments having calibration traceability of different organization.

Calibration of Temperature/humidity instrument
