Pathways to the MBAIf you do not currently have the time to undertake the full MBA programme, or do not have a degree, you can enrol in the Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership which can be completed in 12 months full-time (or up to three years part-time). The PGCertStaratLdrship comprises six courses drawn from our MBA core courses. MCom – Master of CommerceSuitable For: Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree from a New Zealand university in the relevant subject area, who want to undertake a significant piece of independent research (under supervision), and build their knowledge and skills for professional roles and consultancy.Location: UC Ilam CampusDuration: 12–18 months full-time / up to three years part-timeFormat: Depending on the subject area, you will complete between six and nine courses, and submit a thesis or a dissertation.Description: The MCom allows you to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of contemporary developments within your subject area. It involves evaluating the implications of your own research findings for the wider body of relevant academic literature. It is an internationally-recognised qualification that can help to differentiate yourself in the job market.
