Avvertenze generaliGARANZIA

Il Mini Drawing Frame Mesdan Lab viene fornito regolarmente collaudato e viene

garantito per un periodo di sei mesi dalla data dell'avvenuta consegna. La garanzia si

applica solo nei riguardi dell'acquirente in regola con le norme contrattuali ed ammi-

nistrative e nel caso in cui l'installazione e l'utilizzo siano eseguiti in ottemperanza

alle presenti istruzioni. In base a tale garanzia la Casa Costruttrice si obbliga unica-

mente a riparare o sostituire gratuitamente il prodotto o parti di esso che risultassero

difettose dopo un attento esame di accertamento in fabbrica compiuto su esclusivo

giudizio dei propri tecnici. La manodopera comunque esclusa dalle clausole della

presente garanzia e si provveder quindi al relativo addebito. La garanzia, cheesclude ogni e qualsiasi responsabilit per danni diretti o indiretti a persone o cose,

si ritiene limitata ai soli difetti di costruzione e di lavorazione od assoggettati a ripa-

razioni fuori dalla ns. fabbrica. Sono esclusi dalla garanzia i motori elettrici, i termo-

stati e tutte quelle parti che per il loro specifico impiego sono soggette a rapido

logoramento quali: guarnizioni, cinghie, etc. Sono pure escluse dalla Garanzia le

riparazioni conseguenti a danni derivanti da trascuratezza di manutenzione o da ap-

plicazione inadatta. Tutte le spese di trasporto, di sopralluogo, di smontaggio e

rimontaggio dovute per l'intervento di un ns. tecnico su chiamata del cliente per

difetti rilevatisi poi a noi non imputabili, si intendono a carico dell'acquirente.

Lo strumento stato studiato per una pronta installazione: lutente dovr solo assi-

curarsi che sia disponibile una linea di alimentazione avente le seguenti caratteristi-

che:

110 / 220 V 50/60 Hz

(a seconda della versione richiesta)

Dovr inoltre provvedere al montaggio della spina di alimentazione principale in

base allo standard da lui utilizzato (si consiglia di uniformarsi alle direttive CEE).

PREDISPOSIZONIACARICODELL 'UTENTE

Un nastro di materiale vine fatto passare una o pi volte nello stiratoio: il diverso eregolabile rapporto tra i rulli di ingresso e quelli di uscita determinano il fattore di

stiro del materiale. Per esempio se i rulli di uscita del materiale hanno una velocit

doppia rispetto all'ingresso, il fattore di stiro sar 2, con una velocit tripla sar 3

ecc.

INFORMAZIONE AGLI UTENTI

ai sensi dellart. 13 del Decreto Legislativo 25 Luglio 2005, n. 151 Attuazione

delle Direttive 2002/95/CE, 202/96/CE e 2003/108/CE, relative alla riduzione

delluso di sostanze pericolose nelle apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche,

nonch allo smaltimento dei rifiuti

Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sullapparecchiatura o sulla sua confe-

zione indica che il prodotto alla fine della propria vita utile deve essere raccolto

separatamente dagli altri rifiuti.

Lutente dovr pertanto conferire lapparecchiatura giunta a fine vita agli idonei

centri di raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti elettrici ed elettronici oppure riconsegnarla

al rivenditore al momento dellacquisto di una nuova apparecchiatura di tipoequivalente.

Qualora ci non fosse possibile, lutente che vorr disfarsene dovr contattare il

produttore (Mesdan, che organizza e gestisce la raccolta differenziata tramite il

Consorzio Ecorit) e seguire il sistema che verr indicato per consentirne la

raccolta separata.

Ladeguata raccolta differenziata per lavvio successivo dellapparecchiatura

dismessa al riciclaggio, al trattamento e allo smaltimento ambientalmente compati-

bile contribuisce ad evitare possibili effetti negativi sullambiente e sulla salute e

favorisce il reimpiego e/o riciclo dei materiali di cui composta.

Lo smaltimento abusivo da parte del detentore comporta lapplicazione delle

sanzioni amministrative previste dalla normativa vigente.

Camera di stiro

L'immagine mostra i 4 cilindri di stiro:

partendo dal basso , i primi 2 (che ruotano a velocit fissa) effettuano un prestiro

sul materiale; i secondi 2 (che hanno velocit regolabile cambiando i pignoni)

effettuano lo stiro.

A seconda del tipo e della lunghezza delle fibre, possibile regolare loscarto tra i

il terzo e il quarto rullo (distanza tra prestiro e stiro).

PULSANTIERA

Pulsante rosso: posto sul quadro stesso e sulla pulsantiera a bordo macchina.

Premuto togli tensione ai circuiti ausiliari del quadro elettrico.

Pulsante di marcia: se sono presenti tutte le condizioni di sicurezza (switch sulle

protezioni premuti) si avvia il movimento dei rulli.

Pulsante di marcia a colpi: i rulli si muovono solo mentre il pulsante premuto

Sicurezza ed Antinfortunistica

PRECAUZIONI

Lo strumento deve essere usato in ambienti idonei (ben aerati, temperatura +5 /

+40 C, mai in presenza di polveri, acidi, vapori, gas esplosivi e infiammabili).

L'uso di un apparecchio elettromeccanico comporta l'osservanza di alcune regole

fondamentali:

Non toccare l'apparecchio a piedi nudi o con mani e piedi bagnati.

Non lasciare esposto l'apparecchio ad agenti atmosferici.

Non permetterne l'uso ad inesperti senza adeguata sorveglianza.

Tenere lontani dall'area di lavoro bambini ed animali.

Non pulire la macchina con solventi o liquidi infiammabili; usare solo

acqua saponata. Fare cablare idonea spina elettrica da elettricista qualificato.

Inserire la spina in una presa idonea, dotata di protezioni contro contatti

indiretti ed efficiente terra secondo le normative locali.

e di switch di sicurezza.

InstallazionePer una corretta installazione eseguire le seguenti operazioni:

Eliminare gli imballi e posizionare lo strumento nella posizione destinatagli.

Collegare il cavo di alimentazione alla rete elettrica.

Uso della macchinaInserire il nastoda stirare, farlo passare nei rulli, avviare la "marcia a colpi" pul-

sante giallo, appena il materiale esce dai rulli inserirlo nell'introduttore che porta al

bidone e premere il tasto verde

Regolazione scartamentoE' possibile regolare lo scartamento tra il prestiro e lo stiro, ovvero la distanza tra

il secondo e il terzo rullo. Tale distanza (quella minima 65 mm) deve SEMPREessere maggiore della lunghezza delle fibre.

1) Allentare i bulloni sotto al supporto

2) Allentare le ghiere sopra i pressori

3) Per la regolazione del prestiroallentare anche il tendicatena

4) agire, a seconda della regolazione da eseguire, sul volantino di sinistra per

regolare il prestiro e su quello di destra per regolare lo stiro.

PREPARATIONSTOBECARRIEDOUTBYTHEUSER

The instrument was studied for quick installation: the user will only need to ensure

that a power supply with the following characteristics is available:

220 V 50 Hz or 110 V 60 Hz (depending on the version).

The user will also need to install the main supply plug according to the normal

standards (it is advisable to comply with the EEC directives).

General information

A ribbon of fibres is made pass through the drawing frame once or more thanonce.

The different adjustable ratio between the input and the output rollers

determines the drawing factor. For instance, when the output rollers have a

double speed compared with the input rollers, the drawing factor is 2, if their

speed is three times as much, the factor is 3, and so on.

INFORMATION FOR USERS

1. Member States shall ensure that users of electrical and electronic equipment in

private households are given the necessary information about:

(a) the requirement not to dispose of WEEE as unsorted municipal waste and to

collect such WEEE separately;

(b) the return and collection systems available to them;

(c) their role in contributing to reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery of

WEEE;

(d) the potential effects on the environment and human health as a result of the

presence of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment;

(e) the meaning of the symbol shown in Annex IV.

2. Member States shall adopt appropriate measures so that consumers participate

in the collection of WEEE and to encourage them to facilitate the process of

reuse, treatment and recovery.

3. With a view to minimising the disposal of WEEE as unsorted municipal waste

and to facilitating its separate collection, Member States shall ensure that

producers appropriately mark electrical and electronic equipment put on the

market after 13 August 2005 with the symbol shown in Annex IV. In exceptional

cases, where this is necessary because of the size or the function of the product,

the symbol shall be printed on the packaging, on the instructions for use and on

the warranty of the electrical and electronic equipment.4. Member States may require that some or all of the information referred to in

paragraphs 1 to 3 shall be provided by producers and/or distributors, e.g. in the

Upper cover fixing levers: release them and lift the rubber rollers block to get to

the drawing chamber.

If the instrument is not working for a while, release the levers so that the rubber

rollers are not under pressure and they dont lose shape.

Drawing pressure devices

Operate on the drawing pressure devices only in case of lack of uniformity in

pressure on the material.

Drawing chamber

The picture shows the 4 drawing cylinders:

At the bottom of the picture, the first 2 cylinders (turning at a fixed speed) make a

pre-drawing on the material; the other 2 cylinders (which speed can be adjusted

by changing the gears) make the drawing.

According to the type and length of the fibres, the difference between the third

and the fourth roller can be adjusted (distance between pre-drawing and

drawing).

KEYBOARD

Red key: placed on the main panel and on the keyboard on the edge of the

machine. Once pressed, it breaks tension to the auxiliary circuits of the electric

panel.

Operating key: when all the safety conditions are operative, the rollers can be

made move.

Yellow operating button: the rollers move if the button is kept pressed

Safety and accident prevention


SAFETYDEVICES

Mesdan Lab instrument provided with fuses to protect the electric circuit.

The dimensions of the motor moving the rotating clamp are such that it provides

sufficient torque within minimum limits to avoid damages in case of accidental

contact.

PRECAUTIONS

This appliance must be used in a suitable environment (well ventilated, with a tem-perature range from +5 to +40C, free from explosive or flammable powders, acids,

vapours or gases).

The use of electromechanical machinery makes its compulsory to observe the following

fundamental rules:

- Do not touch the appliance if you are barefoot or if your hands or feet are wet;

- Do not expose the appliance to atmospheric agents;

- Do not let unskilled people use it without adequate supervision;

- Keep children and animals away from the work site;

- Do not clean the machine with flammable solvents or liquids; use only soapy

water;

- A suitable electric plug must be wired by a qualified electrician;

- Insert the plug into a suitable socket, making sure it is protected against indirect

contact and efficiently earthed, according to the local regulations.

InstallationFor a correct installation of the instrument, the following operations must becarried out:

- Discard the packing and position the appliance on its special table;

- Insert the plug into the suitable socket

Operating instructionsMake the fibre ribbon pass through the rollers, and press the yellow button.

As soon as the material leaves the rollers, put it into the guiding device to the

collecting basket and press the green button

Roller difference settingThe setting of the difference between the pre-drawing and drawing, that is the

distance between the second and third rollers, is possible. That distance (65 mm

minimum) must ALWAYS be higher than the fibre length.

1) Loosen the bolts under the supporting plate

2) Loosen the rings over the drawing devices

3) Loosen the chain stretching device to set pre-drawing

4) Act on the left wheel to set pre-drawing and on the right wheel to set drawing.
