The 411 Brand International Program

The 411 Basketball Academy is

a structured environment that is designed to teach the fundamentals of basketball and life lessons to boys & girls ages 6-15 years old. Our goal during each session will be to prepare each member to become a better basketball player mentally as well as physically. We will train each participant to become a better shooter, passer, rebounder and ball handler. We will also work with everyone on how to become a coachable player.

OBJECTIVE: To place the 411

Basketball Academy program inside various youth development centers (YMCA, Boys & Girls Clubs and Community Centers) across the country. In addition to teaching the fundamentals of the sport we will also use this program to teach life skills.

The 411 Knowledge & Entertainment Show is a

talk-show targeting millennials that will be produced in front of a live studio audience in the vein of Bravo's, Inside the Actor's Studio married with OWN’s Oprah’s Master Class. This show will be a platform that will give successful executives, taste-makers and celebrities in popular culture an opportunity to share their journey with a young audience beginning their own journey.

OBJECTIVE: To produce the 411

Knowledge & Entertainment Show and distribute a full season of episodes on a national platform via television or internet in an effort to reach and be a part of our audience of milennials (ages 18-34) growth. We will also invite our target audience to submit a video sharing who has inspired them. Winners of selected clips will have an opportunity to meet their inspiration in an one on one environment that would be filmed and included in a future episode.

The 411 Session is a uniquely

designed program that creates an opportunity for young adults to spend quality time with some very dynamic individuals that work behind the scenes in various industries. This program is similar to MTV’s “This Is How I Made It” but produced inside a college classroom in front of students. We will invite behind the scenes power players in television, film, technology, music, athletics, fashion and business as our guests. Each session will allow our guests to take over the classroom and share their journey with an audience of college students on the campus of Clark Atlanta University.

OBJECTIVE: To produce the

411 Session on the campus of colleges and universities across the country. We will also establish an internship program on each campus that will allow students to play a major role in executing the many facets of producing the program.

The 411 Golf Academy is a

8-week program that is designed to teach the fundamentals of golf and life lessons to boys and girls that may not have an opportunity to enjoy the sport. Each session will be led by a professional golf instructor. Participants will be taught specific skills from club selection to golf etiquette. The 411 Golf Academy will provide a chance for kids to learn a new sport as well as remain active by participating in an outside activity. Pre and Post tests are given to gauge the knowledge retained during each session.

The 411 All-Star Weekend is an

annual event created in 2002 that consist of three days of activities that will showcase each program under the 411 Brand. Each program gives the brand an opportunity to highlight our mission as well as bring together the community for a event designed to bridge the gap between successful individuals and an audience striving for success. Programs include: 411 Knowledge & Entertainment Show. 411 Golf Academy, 411 Leadership Academy, 411 Basketball Academy, 411 Session and 411 All-Star Basketball Game

OBJECTIVE: To produce the 411 All-Star Weekend in different markets each year as a way to introduce the programs under the 411 Brand in various communities across the country.

The 411 Leadership Academy is

a Character Development Program that runs for eight-weeks and is designed to help children ages 12 -15 to shape their character, moral development and social learning skills. The weekly sessions will focus on sharing valuable life skills lessons for personal, social academic, and athletic development. The 411Brand approach to Character Education is structured around specific key concepts called “411 Brand’s Eight Steps to Success”. These concepts provide a "moral compass" for participants while guiding their attitudes and behaviors.

OBJECTIVE: To identify areas where

character education is needed in various communities across the country. We will work to place the 411 Leadership Academy inside various youth development centers (YMCA, Boys & Girls Clubs and Community Centers) to speak directly with teens that are in need of direction.

The 411 Elite Youth Basketball Tournament is a youth basketball

tournament held in Buffalo, New York that features some of Western New York’s top male and female basketball players each year. Each tournament (boys and girls) will invite teams from across the country to compete and showcase their talent in front of college coaches as well as basketball enthusiasts. Our goal is to provide an experience through this competitive basketball tournament that will be positive for players, coaches, parents and spectators.

OBJECTIVE: To build this event into

an attractive tournament that brings teams from all over the country to Western New York to participate. We would like to create an experience that will attract some of the best players in the country along with college coaches looking to recruit players to play for their teams.

The 411 Brand International Program is designed to partner

with international organizations that were created to serve the community and youth in underserved areas.

OBJECTIVE: To redesign and

effectively produce our programs internationally to ensure that we cater to the issues that directly speak to the overseas communities including HIV/AIDS testing and education events. In addition to our 411 Sessions, we also bring our 411 sports academies to teach the fundamentals of basketball and golf to boys and girls interested in learning each sport.

VISION FOR 2020

Our Vision for 2020 In addition to having our programs implemented in various youth development centers

across the globe, by 2020, our vision is to build our first of several facilities across the world where all of the programs under the 411 Brand will be held. Initially, our target areas will be Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York, London and St. Lucia. This state of the art facility will inherit the business model similar to that of the YMCA, where each member will be required to have a membership to enter the facility. Also, members will be subject to discounted program fees in order to participate in specific programs that are offered. Each building will house the following areas : • Full length basketball court • Tennis Court • Golf Range including putting surface • Two Television Studios • Audio Recording Studio • Three Classrooms • Computer Lab • Weight Room • Staff Offices

Each facility will have a mission to provide quality programs with passionate instructors designed to equip each member with quality life skills to make better choices for a better life!

We have built a team of professionals that have extensive experience in each area of our brand programs. Social Investors: Companies as well as individuals that have specific outcomes that they are trying to accomplish and have assigned funds to help accomplish their goals. We are looking to work with Impact Partners who directly value the work that we produce. These partners will have an ability to play a pivotal role in helping to impact communities across the world. Their efforts will be instrumental in bringing the vision to fruition through donations, sponsorships, volunteering as well as sharing the impact and outcomes of our programs. Each program will provide an opportunity for our partners to create emotional bonds with kids and young adults across the world. We will capture what is being produced with our organization and document the outcomes to show the value of our work to our future sponsors, funders and partners.
