The Soa Brand was founded August 2010 as SOA Event Concepts, anevents storytelling company who told stories through event management,planning, and design. In late 2013, SOA Event Concepts relaunched asThe Soa Brand, a creative services agency, to offer more than just event
services. Taking experience in advertising and public relations andcoupling them with creativity and innovation, The Soa Brand offers anarray of opportunities for people and brands who want to do more than
host an event. We seek clients who want to tell stories others willremember and share.

Shawntel learned early on that her purpose isto inspire others. She believes life is a series ofstories that we are involved in and everymoment is an opportunity to create a new linein our story. The University of Georgia graduatefounded her first event production companywhile pursing her degree in Advertising. Sheproduced a number of campus and communityevents until moving on to become a creativestrategist for several large scale event anddesign agencies in Atlanta until founding SOAEvent Concepts in 2010 which she rebrandedas The Soa Brand. She considers herself astoryteller because she believes every eventhas a story to tell and it is her job to tell it in acompelling way.
