MATERIALS•Anti-A serum•Anti-B serum•Blood specimen

SERUM• is plasma with the clotting factors removed

•Note that the anti A reagent is BLUE in color.

•Note that the anti B reagent is YELLOW in color.

•Note that the anti B reagent is YELLOW in color.

Positive results:• Agglutination with Anti A serum - A blood group• Agglutination with Anti B serum - B blood group• Agglutination with both anti A and - AB blood groupAnti B serum• Agglutination with neither Anti A - O blood groupnor Anti B serum
