Employees have their own responsibility in spending their budget and the employer is able to perform his mobility policy: For example: Parking problem can be equally shared amongst all
employees and visitors Employees are rewarded for sustainable travel By making a choice every day, smart traveling is promoted.

How does it work
1. Employees get a budget that is equal to their company car/public transport. There is regulation to try to change behavior.
2. Employees get a budget that is equal to the policy of the company, starting with a parking budget

• Employees choose smaller cars =>Less parking m2
• More cycling and Public transport because of savings
• Up to 30% more parking efficiency• Demand for distance parking• Better use of facilities (P+R)
