Electric Light Committtee made report and made the following recommendation. The Electric Light Committee hereby recommends, that services of the extra man at power plant be dispensed with Julie 1st, 1917; also the services of two line men be disponsed with June 1st, 1917, and the salary of the day engineer at the pow­er plant be increased $15.00 per month, beginning with Juno 1st, 1917; also that city-abandon the practice of do­ing contract electrical work such as house wiring, and other job work when work already contracted shall have been1 completed, but'eontinue the work of installation of stoves, heating appliances and motors.
