Home to over 130 nationalities, vibrant in its diversity of cultures, races, religions and lifestyles and abun-dant in the supply of accessible resources, the Re-public of Kazakhstan has been reinventing itself as a thriving nation since its independence back in 1991. People, I would suggest, have been the foundation for this change.

From an early stage in such transformation, AIESEC - initially established in Almaty in 1989 under AIESEC in Soviet Union - has positioned itself as a positive catalyst in its due scale and scope, by being one of the few opportunities for students and recent-grad-uates across campus in Kazakhstan to explore their leadership potential.

After AIESEC in Kazakhstan was formally recognized as a separate entity in 2007, 4 generations found support over the years in an increasingly collabo-rative network of business and higher education in order to undergo countless team and management experiences, volunteer/work abroad through almost 300 internships and interact with 60 international in-terns hosted in their cities of study.

2010/2011 saw a new generation of AIESEC in the territory of Kazakhstan being encouraged to place themselves within a broader context, that of greater impact in their society, by replicating existing projects, piloting new ones and taking bold steps to reach un-charted territory in Kazakhstan, in an effort to trans-late that intention into reality. And so we did.

Between July 2010 and April 2011, AIESEC in Ka-zakhstan surpassed previous records in numbers of students going abroad for their internship in every quarter of the period of reporting and found a new peak for incoming realizations in Winter that allowed us to achieve, in 9 months, the equivalent to 1/3 of the total of internships ever realized in our history as an AIESEC country.

A letter from the President

Our generation finishes its leadership term ensuring a membership base of 200 volunteers from 7 cities in Kazakhstan who shall manage a pipeline of ex-change participants and internships available in our exchange system that will also allow further growth in the volume of exchange experiences we offer in the upcoming term.

With this Annual Report, we invite you to go through a summary of our initiatives and main achievements of the 2010/2011 leadership term. This is as well our way of expressing our appreciation and gratitude for our partners, supporters, alumni and members that helped us Deliver on Extraordinary.

Kindest regards,Eva Henriques

A generation delivering on extraordinary

About AIESEC AIESEC is a global, non-po-litical, independent, non-for-profit organization run by students and recent gradu-ates of institutions of higher education who are interested in world issues, leadership and management regardless of race, colour, gender, sexual orientation, creed, religion, national, ethnic or social ori-gin.

AIESEC envisions a world where its inhabitants, not having conflicts that arise from cultural, religious or any other aspects of differences in Humanity - Peace - have the knowledge, skills and de-termination to develop their communities - fulfillment of Humankind’s potential.

As the world’s largest stu-dent-run organization, we enable such change today by providing the opportunity for high-potential university stu-dents and recent graduates to identify, nurture and energize their leadership potential.

After World War II, seven university students from different parts of Europe start a pioneer initiative to exchange students between their home countries during Summer to help promote cul-tural understanding. AIESEC is found-ed during the first International Con-gress held in 1948.

Centered in Europe since the years of its foundation and with North America as a recent addition, promotional mis-sions are sent to Asia, Latin/Central America and Africa to extend AIESEC to the rest of the world.

AIESEC witnesses a renewed effort to fur-ther integrate the exchange experience to-gether with member education and talent development in order to prepare AIESEC members in the business environment: projects are independently run at a local, national and regional level to address spe-cific themes agreed amongst the global network of AIESEC countries.

AIESEC broadens its services to in-crease the efficiency of delivery time of trainees and meet the needs of stu-dents that would graduate in periods other than June or July for European and its surrounding regional countries by starting year-round exchange.

AIESEC in Kazakhstan is formally rec-ognized as a separate entity at Interna-tional Presidents Meeting 2007 (Egypt) and becomes an Official Member of AIESEC global network at the Interna-tional Congress 2008 (Brazil).

In partnership with busi-ness and higher education, AIESEC has over 60 years of experience in providing an innovative development pro-cess through our flexible and customized programs.

These programs are comple-mented by the opportunity for our members to participate in a global learning environment that increases the intensity of their experience.

Team Member ProgrammeUnderlining everything we do is our funda-mental belief that the foundation for positive change is society is people: people are there-fore our bottom-line.

Our operations are entirely run by students of higher education and recent-graduates who are able to build those sought-after skills needed to ensure their future personal and professional success.

From an early stage, our members are intro-duced to a practical team experience, gain ac-cess to a global network and engage in practi-cal hard skills development projects.

Team Leader ProgrammeWe encourage our members to further de-velop their leadership skills and those of oth-ers through the concept of team building and management.

Leadership roles in AIESEC are generated at local, national and global levels to serve this purpose while ensuring the successful man-agement of operations and key projects.

These experiences are defined as leading a team of minimum 3 people for a minimum of 2 months with a defined goal and objective in mind.

Global Community Development ProgrammeA more holistic view of the world enables our members to incorporate new perspectives more easily, see interdependencies and identify ways to positively impact any given situation.

We provide a tailored and reliable recruitment and community integration process of stu-dents of higher education and recent gradu-ates for social and community development projects abroad.

They volunteer in a company, NGO, govern-ment, university or other organization in areas such as children’s rights, education, environ-mental issues, rural development and entre-preneurship.

Global Internship ProgrammeWe pride ourselves in assisting our members to specialize in a certain field of work, helping them build skills that will serve them on their profes-sional pursuits.

We provide a tailored and reliable recruitment and community integration process of students of higher education and recent graduates for high quality and professional international in-ternships.

Our Interns have the opportunity to work in a company, government, university or other or-ganizations in areas related to management, in-formation technology, engineering or education.

Our ApproachOur HistoryThe latter is comprised of individual discovery and self-reflection, learning circles, conferences/semi-nars, mentoring, virtual spaces, forums, blogs and resource sharing.

Outgoing Exchange

Promotion Selection Preparation

Incoming Exchange

In order to meet both the ex-pectations of the hosting or-ganization and those of our interns, the latter undergo a physical review process in their home countries to as-sess their suitability for going on an international internship through AIESEC.

Hosting organizations identify the desired profile according to their specific organizational needs from a pool of multilin-gual students or recent-grad-uates that are highly educated in their fields, have typically 1-2 years of work experience and strong soft skills (through their involvement in AIESEC). Candidates are available for periods of 6 to 52 weeks with the potential to start and end at any time of the year as they are not tied to any aca-demic calendar.

AIESEC provides a short list of the most suitable candidates and arranges interviews as appropriate. AIESEC will con-tinue to identify candidates until the hosting organization has selected the best match.

Matching Integration Re- integration

Once an intern is selected by the hosting organization, AIESEC takes care of all the logistics including preliminary arrangements for VISA, ac-commodation and bank ac-count and airport pick-up.

Our community integration process enables interns to easily adjust to working and living in Kazakhstan, ensur-ing their immediate contribu-tion to the workplace (cultural preparation, VISA arrange-ments, accommodation, bank account, airport pickup and participation in AIESEC activi-ties along the intern’s stay).

AIESEC facilitates service evaluations for the hosting organization and the intern before, during and after the internship. AIESEC is com-mitted to ongoing communi-cation for receiving and re-sponding to feedback.

Our Exchange Participants are invited to take part in the Outgo-ing Preparation Seminar, a 3-day seminar that ensures they are aware of the logistical require-ments (physical and legal) to work abroad, have specific infor-mation on the country of desti-nation, on how to cope with the pressures of living in a foreign culture and on the role all enti-ties will play throughout their in-ternational internship.

In order to meet both the ex-pectations of our Exchange Par-ticipants and those of the hosting organization, applicants undergo a physical review process to as-sess their suitability for going on awn international internship through AIESEC.

AIESEC runs promotional waves throughout the year in major university campus that aim to inform students of higher education and recent graduates about our upcom-ing opportunities to go on an international internship.

The selected applicants gain access to our database of over 5000 international internships for which they are offered the opportunity to apply at any time and start and end dates can be tailored to suit their availability (anytime between 6 to 72 weeks).

AIESEC supports Exchange Participants through their experience by providing on-going guidance and advice before and during their inter-national internship including sufficient planning in advance via e-mail, preliminary ar-rangements for VISA, accom-modation and bank accounts and our support network of experienced advisors and trustees, who help us ensure the safety and well-being of all exchange participants is considered appropriately.

AIESEC supports Exchange Participants through their ex-perience after their interna-tional internship by helping their process of re-entry to the home culture and environ-ment with basis on standard activities that aim to capture the experience of exchange and inform them about up-coming opportunities.

“My motto has always been not to lose precious moments of life. When you are young, ambitious and energetic, it is perhaps espe-cially true. And I know very few opportunities other than AIESEC to be such an excellent play-ground to try, fail, learn and suc-ceed. AIESEC doesn’t allow you to lose your life. Instead, it gives you friends for life. As it has giv-en to me.”

Deniss RutšeikovMember Committee President

AIESEC in Kazakhstan 2007/2008

“I would recommend AIESEC because the organization gave me the oppor-tunity to develop myself professionally and personally, through different roles and realities; to work with diverse peo-ple from different backgrounds and countries, with much more experience than me who were willing to guide me; to impact on others with my work; to travel to incredible places all over the world; to meet extraordinary people, the ones that with time became my partners, friends and family. AIESEC changed my life and helped me build a new perspective of reality, of my own country, Colombia, and that of the world. With this new perspective, I am responsible for making the difference and for creating an impact on society.”

Luisa Orjuela UrregoMember Committee President

AIESEC in Kazakhstan 2009/2010

“I am now 26, have been President of an AIESEC chapter at my Univer-sity, was then President of the Na-tional AIESEC chapter of Kazakhstan and later Central Asia and Caucasus Coordinator. These positions and re-sponsibilities I undertook over the course of little more than 4 years led me to garner many friends from abroad, to the point that the word “abroad” has taken a whole different meaning to me. I have also visited 33 countries thus far, learnt a new language (Russian) and acquired a taste for new discoveries. My newly-founded business derives almost ex-clusively from knowledge and con-nections acquired during my work and my achievements as a member of AIESEC.”

Generation 2010/2011The Member Committee of AIESEC in Kazakhstan is the main responsible for providing leadership to advance the organ-ization’s objectives by gaining understanding of and supporting the implementation of interna-tional strategies, connecting lo-cal entities, overseeing and sup-porting the development/delivery of local strategies and initiatives.

As a very young chapter of the world’s largest student-run, volun-teer-based organization devoted to youth development, the trust, participation and collaboration at local, national and global level are fundamental in promoting the efficiency, quality and sus-tainability of our operations.

With the team stand of Deliver-ing on Extraordinary, the Mem-ber Committee of AIESEC in Kazakhstan 2010/2011 initiated and implemented necessary systemic changes, set ambitious targets and supported every part of the organization in achieving record-breaking results across all our major organizational goals.

Outgoing Exchange

Since its foundation, our AIESEC chapter has enabled 282 Kazakhstani students of higher education and recent graduates to realize an internship abroad.

As AIESEC works continuously with local busi-nesses, schools and voluntary organizations in over 110 countries, we have customized our operations over the years in order to facilitate year-round outgoing exchange.

In 2010/2011, as an effort to realize more ex-changes, we have run 2 additional recruitment processes (4 overall) in most cities we are cur-rently present in.

These resulted in 102 realizations in 9 out of the 12 months correspondent to the our lead-ership term: around 36% of the total of inter-national internships ever provided to Kazakh-stani Exchange Participants.

The great majority of them volunteered for projects (from 6 to 12 weeks) run in NGOs and Summer Camps that would mostly address the issues of Cultural Education, HIV-AIDS and Entrepreneurship. The remaining percentage of our Exchange Par-ticipants did a professional internship mostly in the sectors of Marketing, Business Administra-tion and Subject Education.

These were students of higher education or recent graduates between the ages of 18-30, 62% of them female and 38% male, and mostly from finance, economics and language studies.

Aigerim Kamidola, 21 years oldDevelopment Internship in Turkey

“Our international team of 40 interns representing cultures from 20 different parts of the world facilitated discussion panels and learning circles for more than 120 high school students to raise awareness around local and global issues and encourage them to learn English. I learned a lot about what I appreciate in life and what I can really be grateful for. My biggest learning point from my internship abroad was that it is not about the stage, it is about the actors.”

Nailya Sabirova, 25 years oldManagement Internship in Sweden

“AIESEC became an impor-tant part of my student life: I took a couple of leadership roles helping the organization to grow and become stronger in Almaty and later in Russia, went for an international in-ternship in Canada and I am currently doing my second in-ternational internship in Elec-trolux in Sweden, a company that I would say truly recog-nizes the potential of former AIESEC leaders as I have been having the opportunity to meet many of them here.”

Yernat Yestekov, 23 years oldTechnical Internship in Austria

“I went for an internship in a company that is our global part-ner and one of the leaders in the telecommunication market: Alcatel-Lucent in Vienna, the main office, responsible for the vast territory from Norway to Turkmenistan. In just a couple of months, I feel I have learned in the professional field more than a year’s worth of studying at the institute! My internship gave me the opportunity to look inside the industry, enhance their technical knowledge and get to know peo-ple in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.”

Incoming Exchange

Since its foundation, our AIESEC chapter has enabled 61 students of higher education and recent graduates to realize their international internship in Kazakhstan.

By being attentive to the fast-growing glob-al supply of Exchange Participants, we have customized our incoming exchange operations over the years to capitalize on the holiday pe-riods, specifically Summer.

In 2010/2011, in efforts to realize more ex-changes, we have developed new projects with its realization during Winter Holidays.

These resulted in 22 realizations in 9 out of the 12 months correspondent to the our lead-ership term: 1/3 of the total of international internships ever realized in Kazakhstan.

“Although it took me one week to decide as soon as I was proposed to come to Kazakhstan, since the little I knew about the coun-try was from my interaction with former interns. My expectations towards my internship were nev-ertheless 200% met thanks to the working environment I found and my network of support, namely the project organizing committee and other interns. And I will never forget the view of the mountains from Al-Farabi Street, Medeo and Koktyube.”

“As responsible for client servic-ing, one must have a strong char-acter, stress resistance, witty and fast thinking. I learned that in Leo Burnett. My work included man-agement of the creative process, eye-to-eye collaboration with our biggest client, participation in busi-ness researches for clients’ and agency’s needs and being part of pitch teams for new businesses in the agency. I think I was given great reliance and support from my seniors to do the job. And I cannot be more grateful for this amazing one-year experience.”

“This kind of experience opens your eyes and helps you to grow in all aspects of life. Throughout my experience, I got to know a world totally different from the West which expanded my view as a designer and triggered new and powerful ideas that helped me be-come a better professional. I have also shared special moments with many different people who made me feel at home and to whom I am most grateful as today I feel myself a better person.”

Best Practice Case StudiesAIESEC in the Republic of Ka-zakhstan has been helping the development of socially responsible leadership in Ka-zakhstan’s youth for over the past 20 years for the long-term benefit of Kazakhstani society as a whole and ulti-mately of the world.

As a growing AIESEC country, our initiatives are thought to enlarge such contribution and to enable us to be recognized as first choice for leadership development of both young people and organizations.

In 2010/2011, we have repli-cated initiatives that proved to be successfull in the past and pi-loted new ones that would boost our internal positioning.

Youth to Business Forum

Considered to be the showpiece of this year’s AIESEC Annual National Congress, the First An-nual Youth to Business Forum aimed to expand youth mindset of forward-thinking on relevant topics that affect business, education and society in Kazakhstan.

In this context, 500 students/recent graduates from 11 Universities in Kazakhstan and leaders from 3 major players of the banking and cor-porate sector in Kazakhstan met in January, at Karaganda State University.

Throughout the day, participants engaged in dy-namic dialogues, voicing their opinion regard-ing the core business or important initiatives of the participating organizations through panels, workshops and focus groups.

“ATF Bank was an education partner for project “Youth to Business”. The project was organized in Karaganda and this gave us an opportunity to meet students in another city apart from Almaty. Facilita-tors from ATF Bank organized a short introduction training on the topic “Reputation”. Anyone hearing the word “bank” these days first thinks of money, accounts and, in the last months, financial crisis. By contrast credibility, responsibility and reliability – Reputation in one word – is what customers, em-ployees and investors are currently, and more in future perspective, looking for. For this reason our Bank wanted to draw the attention of young people to this topic. As an international financial institu-tion, we understand the importance of it and chose to support it.“

Mrs. Arina PodafaHuman Resources Business Partner Retail

of JSC “ATF Bank” (Member of the UniCredit)

As a speaking partner in the Forum “Youth to Busi-ness”, we considered our participation not only as an opportunity to tell participants about our com-pany, but as well about those our products which are relevant to youth. First and foremost, we are interested in feedback from customers, the opinion of “advanced” young people about innovations such as 3G and FTTB. I am glad that most of the par-ticipants of the forum follow the news of the com-pany and were positive about our innovative ap-proach. For us, the Forum was the space to, with no exaggeration, help build the intellectual elite of the youth of Kazakhstan who may in the future repre-sent workforce of our company. The hardwork, cre-ativity and, importantly, the positive attitude of the AIESEC members, provide the basis for implemen-tation in the future of our ambitious projects. We thank the team of AIESEC for the excellent forum.

Mr. Baurzhan OrazgalievSpokesman

Common practice during our recruitment periods, Development Leadership Days aimed to provide the space for youth and organizations to further exchange perspectives and acquire insights from varying practices regarding leadership.

Around 650 students/recent graduates from 10 Universities and various corporate leaders from 15 corporate and non-corporate organizations in the forefront of youth leadership development met in 3 editions held between July 2010 and April 2011, in Almaty, Uralsk and Ust-Kamenogorsk.

The latter helped enhance the leadership capabili-ties of enthusiastic, self-driven individuals by deliv-ering workshops designed to provide an unmatched opportunity for career planning and skills training.

As Turkish Airlines, we have been in cooperation with AIESEC for the last 3 years. The reason is very simple and understandable. Young people in this country, just like the other part of the world, are the future, the near future of this country. They are the ones who are forming everything. That’s why, we are proud to be in cooperation with AIESEC. In every single event, we see that such intellectual, smart and good-charactered people are in that community and they are all trying their best to get AIESEC forward. Turkish Airlines will keep on sup-porting all those fruitful activities in the future also as we did in the past.

Mr. Hasan MutluGeneral Manager

of Almaty Office in Kazakhstan

“The Youth to Business Forum had a huge scale. As a participant in the long-awaited event, I tried to extract the maximum benefit and enjoyment from it. From the beginning of the event, I noted the pro-fessionalism and dedication of the Forum Organiz-ing Committee. As nervously pounding heels of two presidents of AIESEC in Kazakhstan and AIESEC in Karaganda played their role - a smooth transition from one paragraph to another in the schedule of events - the companies represented in the forum were of great interest amongst the participants and came to set the businesslike tone of the event. Commotion, naturally would abound later in the hallways between sessions, that was familiar, with the curiosity that would arouse from heated discus-sions of the students that would come out of the workshops. The Forum brought together the most active and thoughtful young people of the country and I was very pleased to work alongside with such people. The concept of the forum created an inter-active platform between youth and business, which proved very useful both for students and for rep-resentatives of companies. As soon as we, partici-pants, understood that those companies were able and willing to listen to young people and we were seeking to learn from them, came the confidence to talk as equals, that quite simply it is time to give each other hand. AIESEC offers a sea of possibili-ties, opens the door to a large, new and exciting world. Seeing the pride on the faces of the repre-sentatives of companies as they were recognized for their participation was amazing because to think that they would bother to see admiration in the eyes of ordinary students, was twice as great. And as I witnessed the action of the day, I wondered how could I help organize a Forum of the same sort in Uralsk because the main trigger of such activi-ties is the desire, the desire to create, build and improve. And one is as ambitious as one allows he/she to be.”

“ATF Bank is a constant participant of the project Development Leadership Day. In this project, we see an opportunity to invest in young students helping them to get additional knowledge and de-velopment opportunities. Approximately 90 stu-dents visit our workshop in September 2010, which topic was “Change Management”. Every day of our life we are face changes, students participating in DLD are going to graduate soon and start working: this is, by definition, a big change. For this reason we wanted to focus on this topic.“

Mr. Pietro CampagnaHuman Resources Director

of JSC “ATF Bank” (Member of UniCredit)

“Development Leadership Day was held, for our Company, successfully. Our Director for Regional Development of Ltd “Kar-Tel“, Eugene Pepelyaev, held a session for students participating. Eugene Pepelyayev did not expect students to such “ad-vanced” students of democracy (government) and was pleasantly surprised by this: “I liked that the students were able to ask questions supported by real information, not out of politeness. They were ready to argue and defend their point of view. In my opinion, a great generation is building in Ka-zakhstan, gazing forward confidently and ready to learn. We talked about the brand Beeline, about leadership, I hope that the participants learned a lot and, more importantly, what will help them become successful and happy.”

Development Leadership Day

Leading scientists have provided evidence that if the atmospheric concentrations of CO2 re-main above 350 parts per million (PPM), the planet will face dangerous climate change. With global atmospheric CO2 nearing 390 PPM right now and rising, we urge to create a new sense of urgency and possibility for our planet.

Generation 350 was a pioneer project meant to provide the opportunity to internationally minded talent with established networks and strong soft skills to raise awareness on Global Warming amongst a wide range of young stu-dents from 11 Elementary and High Schools of 5 cities in Kazakhstan.

From February to March 2011, 7 Exchange Participants, between the ages of 18-24, 57% female and 43% male and with very diverse academic backgrounds, delivered educational trainings to encourage over 2500 elementary/high school students to come up with practical solutions to reduce carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere.

Every year, Top Talents aims to provide the oppor-tunity of participating organizations to capture the opinion and feedback of youth to specific initiatives and strategies of theirs.

Over 130 students/recent graduates from around 10 Universities and various corporate leaders from 5 major players of banking and corporate sector interacted during the 5th and 6th edition, held be-tween July 2010 and April 2011, in Almaty.

The different teams developed a Business Plan around a real and relevant case-study for the par-ticipating organization while receiving, in parallel, the necessary education to ensure an effective and productive working dynamic (hard and soft skills).

Since autumn 2008, our company is an official partner of AIESEC in Kazakhstan. Within this framework, “Beeline” has been helping the development of youth associations in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as participating in vari-ous educational projects of AIESEC. AIESEC brings to-gether the most talented young people of our republic, and Kar-Tel has always supported students and young pro-fessionals in their quest for development and professional success. 2010 also was quite active: Our company has par-ticipated in several projects through the regional activities AIESEC. By supporting AIESEC in Kazakhstan, we contribute to the development of talented young people of our country who, in the future, will contribute to the development of the economy of Kazakhstan and the Kazakhstani society as a whole.

“I can still remember how I felt when I came all the way from China, my home country, to Kazakhstan. I didn’t know what to expect but soon after I stepped out of the plane in Almaty I met Sabina and Sasha at the arrivals, who were holding a board indicating they were AIESE-Cers and that they were there to welcome me to their country. I did my internship in Karaganda where I spent most of my time working with local AIESECers and rais-ing awareness of local students, between the ages of 11 and 18, on Global Warming. Throughout my experience I learnt, most importantly, how to work with people from different cultural backgrounds who would speak a differ-ent language and this experience brought me additional strength to move forward.”

Partners 2010/2011Today, more than 4.000 or-ganizations worldwide - from multinational to small and medium scale business, non-profit to government and the UN - are supporting AIESEC in our mission to develop so-cially responsible business leaders.

As a non-for-profit organiza-tion, we are guided by the ways to generate greater im-pact while having maximum financial sustainability. We therefore work closely with all our partners to ensure a mu-tually beneficial relationship:

AIESEC supports highly com-petitive talent acquisition and consistent employer brand-ing and our partners enable AIESEC to have enough re-sources to invest in further improvements for the organi-zation.

“It was not the first time that ATF Bank took part in Top Talents project organized by AIESEC. We think that both the idea and format of this initiative are very interesting. From one side, the company can offer a real case and get “fresh” suggestions and solutions from young people. From the other side, students receive the opportunity to get professional and practical experience, grasping the real life of a company. In 2010/2011, ATF Bank par-ticipated in both editions of the project in Autumn and Spring. Our Corporate Division participated in the first edition with a case called: “Foreign direct investments in Kazakhstan: what local banks can do to support their business?”. Our Bank received two interesting business plans from two teams that showed a good understanding of the local economic environment from the young gen-eration of our country. Our Retail Division participated in the second edition of the project with a case called: “Create a unique product for student segment with high competitive advantages, based on market research and analysis”. The results of the project were important for us as they helped define the expectations of the young generation, as Bank customer.“

As it was stated by the President of Kazakh-stan Nursultan Nazarbayev in his annual Ad-dress to the people of Kazakhstan, “lifelong learning should be the motto for all the people of Kazakhstan.” Subsequently, the President has assigned the Government “to introduce new financial and economic instruments to support education for improving the quality and accessibility of education.” For the Government’s part, it has designated the directions of commercial and financial or-ganizations’ activity, which should focus on: training young professionals and skills devel-opment for its employees; implementation of new business conduct technologies; further development of small and medium entrepre-neurship, especially in the non-resource eco-nomic sector.

In order to achieve the above targets, ATF-Bank is launching two new banking products, aimed at receiving essential education and de-velopment of new technologies for SME with special favorable rates.

We are compelled, that we can make our in-put to the country’s growth and provide cer-tain possibilities to the people, who do want to develop, get the necessary education for this purpose, and who believe, that education may provide them with more possibilities, which, potentially, will contribute to the economic growth of Kazakhstan.

We want to stand beside those companies, who have faith in their future and the future of their country, depending on investing in inno-vation and people – right here and right now.
