    On Thursday,30th December,2010, I sent he e-mails,attaching a soft copy of my complaint to EconomicOffence Wing and to the Police Commissioner ofDelhi on the e-mail addressesmentioned on the DelhiPolice website. On Friday, 7th January 2011, I gotthe reply from the Commissioner of Police, Delhithat the matter has been referred with the referencenumber o the Joint Commissionerof Police, SouthernRange for fuilher necessaryaction. The Course ofLaw will take its time, but I wili not sit still doingnothing. I will keep on trying for solving the issueand getting the compensationwith my own effort too.I have written letters dated 20-01-2011 to SunilBharti Mittal, the Chairman and Group CEO ofBharti Enterprises Limited describing the losses Ihave suffered and the compensation required andsent it to him through registeredpost. I have alsosenthim the noticedated01-02-2011 or paymentofcompensationof my losseswhich are increasingwitheverypassingday.But I haven't receivedany responsefrom Sunil Bharti Mittal 'asyet. If, Bharti EnterprisesLimited and Sunil Bharti Mittal will not listen tome and compensateme firlly of my losses, I willexpose hem to the people of our country with everypossible media available. I have started collectingproof againstBharti Airlel and their looting schemes.I have taken the interviews of some of the ex-employees and some current employees of BhartiAirtel and hey have old me that theseare he BusinessStrategiesof Airtel to rob the people of their moneyand when any complaint is received, they apologizefor that and tell the customers that it happenedbecause df some technical error which is not so.

    This is not the frst time that I havebeencharged or theunwanted services. n the past two and the half years,this is the ffth time that I have beencharged.First timewhen I called o customercareservice hey told me thatI havebeen subscribed ecause have opted or, whichI did not do. I had to get that serviceunsubscribed utthe money was not retumed.Next time, I wasable o getmy money back when I countered he CustomerCareExecutive'sallegatlon hat I knowingly got that servicesactivated. They retumed my money in my pre-paidaccount.But the very next day, hey againdeducted hemoney rom my account or the subscription fthe same"Hello Tune". I again complained o the customercareservicesand after a long talk they returnedmy moneyby saying hat t may be the system'serror Before theseincidents used o get my pre-paid account echargedwith more than Rs. 200 every time. But, after thatincident I started o get my pre-paidaccourtt echargedwith Rs. 50 only to avoid such ype of theft by Airtel.But again he forth time, I was charged or subscriptionfor "He1lo Tunes". I again called the customer careservicesand I took a lot of pain to make the CustomerCare Executive understand that they have wronglychargedand I did not subscribed or the "hello tunes".Somehow, was again able to get my money back. Iconsideredmyself lucky on that day.But, this was the{fth time, my luck ran out, I was charged or "HelloTunes" on the most importantday of my life and I wasnot able o getmy moneyback and sufferedahuge oss.Now, if you call to customercare services hey charge.you 50 Paiseper 3 Minutes and most of the times youare not connected o any customercare executives. fyou get connected o any customercare executive henyou should feel lucky that somebodyat least talkedto you. Thereaftel whatever complaint you makeabout the services, hey are going to blame you thatall the faults are on yorr part and they can't help it.If you thint you will escape he theft and oot by Airtelby getting your pre-repaid account recharged withminimum amount, then you are wrong. They haveanotherscheme o loot you by deductingRe. 1 per dayfrom your pre-paid account. When your accountwillhavezerobalance henyouwill have oget hat echargedand again they will chargeyou with Re. 1 per day.Ifyour mobilephone s having GPRS aciliry thenagainyou are the victim of the loot.
