Christmas bags will be given this year to children ages 10 and younger
whose parents are clients of the All Saints St Vincent de Paul Food Pantry. You can help by sponsoring one of these
children.
Beginning the weekend of November 28th and 29th, Christmas Bags will be available on the altar in front of the church. Please take one and fill it with the items suggested below. Be sure to include kid-friendly food items. The bags should be returned by Sunday, December 13th, and will be distributed
to the children beginning Monday, December 14th.

The Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston formally announces that Alex Gallardo will be admitted to candidacy for the Permanent Diaconate on February 20, 2016 at a Mass to be celebrated by Bishop George Sheltz. If any person knows of a serious reason why this As-pirant should not be admitted to Candi-

Vocations Chalice All Saints Catholic Church
Our Parish is involved in praying for Vocations to the Religious Life (Priests, Deacon, and Sisters) The Vo-cations Chalice experience will help encourage our
parishioners and their families to pray for the gift of a Religious Vocation for our young men and woman. The spirit calls our youth and members of our CCE
program to serve the Church. We hope that our pray-ers for Religious Vocations will inspire everyone to listen attentively to the call of God's Spirit, and re-
spond with generous hearts.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Let us know your willingness to embrace the Vocations Chalice ,and take it home for one week
and pray for Vocations.
Complete a form (located at the Church entrance) and deposit it in the Collection Basket, or give it to one of
the Ushers, or, if you’d like, turn it into the Parish Office. Or you may want to call the Parish Office at: 713-864-2653 and indicate your interest in our Voca-

Christmas is coming! Hello, dear Parish Family, Christmas will be here before we know it! Our family Christmas mass will be at 4 PM on Christmas Eve and we are hoping to form a children’s choir to sing at this mass. The children’s choir will sing for about 20 minutes be-fore the mass. Rehearsals for this choir will be after 10:30 mass in the church at the altar for about 30 minutes on 12/6. 12/13/ and 12/20. There will be a sign-up sheet on the first Sunday of rehearsal, 12/6 after 10:30 mass. . It is always wonderful to hear beautiful children’s voices singing at Christmas. Formation Calendar for December
Dec. 13 – Final faith formation classes for the Sunday students and those in the weekday programs. Each Class group on Sunday as well as during the week
will celebrate during class time the Posada Journey of Mary and Joseph seeking a place to stay. Parents are asked to bring a refreshment or a snack for the fiesta that follows the Holy Posada journey. Please come and join us to relive this pilgrimage to prepare for
Christmas.
The Children’s Faith Formation will be on Christmas Break from Dec. 18 thru Jan. 4. Merry Christmas and
Happy New Year!
