• Upon submitting a claim, the user receives unique logins for the OTS. • It is a fully-branded platform that allows users to securely track the status of their claim/s in real time and

submit any outstanding details if requested.• In addition to monitoring the status of claims, the user can also use the portal to easily register additional

purchases; as each user account holds the customer’s personal and payment details, only product details are required.
