This single family residence – 4 bedrooms, 4 baths - was an investment/flip project. Sandberg Design created a full design with a new layout and addition for a new master suite and family room. The old garage was turned into a guest bedroom and a new modern kitchen with an open floor plan into the new family room.

Walls were opened up with French doors and

windows to create an open light filled living room and a direct connection with the large backyard.

Sandberg Design created and designed all aspect of this project, from the new layout and addition, kitchen design, bath room design, all surfaces and colors – exterior as well as the interiors – to purchasing. Our firm was the project manager and daily in contact with all sub contractors.
