50 Person Limit for Divine Liturgy We have received the blessing from His Eminence Archbishop Paul to allow up to 50 people at our Divine Liturgy services. The same rules and regulations are still in place – we are just now allowed 50 people. THIS INCREASE WILL BEGIN ON JULY 5. ThIs final week of June is still at the 25 people limit.

We will continue using the Sign Up Genius software, and we have added an additional 25 spots to those dates in July. AS FOR WHEN YOU CAN START TO SIGN UP FOR A SECOND TIME, WE WILL MAKE THAT ANNOUNCEMENT IN JULY, ONCE WE HAVE A CLEARER PICTURE OF WHO HAS HAD THE CHANCE TO ATTEND.

UPDATE TO SIGN UP POLICY As of 4pm EACH Saturday evening, if there are any available spots for Liturgy the FOLLOWING MORNING, you MAY sign up to attend,

even if you have already attended a liturgy in weeks prior. YOU STILL NEED TO SIGN UP so we have an accurate count – but you

must wait until at least 4pm the night before the service.

Great Vespers While we are not creating a Sign Up for Great Vespers, we are still only allowing 25 parishioners to attend. All of the same guidelines for Divine Liturgy apply to Vespers as it relates to social distancing, masks, etc. Divine Liturgy Time Adjustments Divine Liturgy has returned to Summer Hours of 9:30 am. We will continue live streaming while allowing the 50 parishioners in church. We do ask those who attend be careful of the cameras on tripods in the church.

Woodside Event Center – Decoration Sale One of the major projects Woodside tackled during the COVID-19

closing period was a deep clean – not only for germs, but as it relates to many years of obtaining catering plates/bowls/glasses,

event decorations, centerpieces and holiday items. As we are slowly allowing events to take place once again, we are having a

“sale” to purge some of these items. If you are interested in coming to see what is available, please call the office at 440.526.9696 and

speak with Kathy, Marge or Colleen. All items are in the Gym – hours are 9am – 4pm, Monday through Thursday (June 29 – July 2). We are closed on Friday, July 3. Please call ahead to set up a time!

Attention Graduates – LAST CALL High School, Vocational School, College and any other institution of Higher Learning – please submit a photos of yourself to Phil Tesar ASAP at info@stmichaelscleveland.org. St. Demetrios Drive Thru Greek Festival Due to COVID-19, this year’s St. Demetrious Greek Festival in Rocky River is DRIVE-THRU ONLY. For more information, please visit their website www.SaintDemetriosRR.com PayPal Now Available The Church is now currently set up to take payments via PayPal. We have already received a few donations fron non-parishioners who have been watching our Live Stream services. Please note, that any donations made through PayPal to the Church are charged a small fee. You will be credited the donated amount on your giving statement, but the church receives your donation, less the roughly 3% credit card fee. Text Communication We have started a new way to communicate important information to the parish. You may now receive TEXT alerts when there is news that needs to be shared. We do pay for this service, so messages are reserved for urgent or important messages. With the number of people active on text message, this is a faster way to reach out to you.

You must OPT IN to this service. For legal purposes, Phil cannot add your cell phone number. You need to send a text message to the nubmer 94090 – in the message, simply type AMOC. You will receive a confirmation message and you’ll be all set!

find the instructions on how to sign up. We understand that a number of parishioners may not have access to email or the internet. We are asking those of you who may be able to help them – reach out and see if you can assist with signing them up.
