RCIA—Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults If you are interested in learning more about the
Catholic faith, please speak with Deacon Joe Fragale at 314-282-0739. Classes are on Wednesday evenings,
beginning Oct. 18 and continuing until Easter.

Children’s Liturgy of the Word This is a short worship service for children aged
3-10 years. The service is offered during each 9 am Sunday Mass during the school year.

St. Louis Review Subscription Campaign
A one-year subscription to the archdiocesan publication is $30, which is 50 issues at 60 cents per issue. Any contribution over $30 helps those in the parish who cannot afford to receive the St. Louis Review. The parish is assessed for all unpaid subscriptions. Please submit your payment in the collection basket.
Interested in meeting new neighbors?
Please contact the rectory if you have some free time to help welcome new residents to the Hill neighborhood. Current activities include preparing informational folders, calling newly registered parishioners, and delivering welcome packets.

Sacrament of Baptism
Baptismal classes (for the first child only) will be held on the second Sunday of the month after the 9 am Mass.
Baptisms will be scheduled after completion of baptismal classes.

SCOUT SUNDAY - February 4, 2018
“My Promise, My Faith” award encourages girls to explore teachings from their faith. The 8th grade Cadettes have earned this award by learning more about founding female saints in our country. Congratulations to: Abigail Walsh, Allison Ruggeri, Anna Steck, Corie Longland, Grace Grana, Grace Kelly and Morgan Berkley. The 4th grade Juniors have earned this award through their study of female roles in the church and learning more about the rosary with the help of Deacon Joe. Congratulations to: Addison Walsh, Adeline Lawhorn, Annie Sestric, Camila Drury, Gabriella Brusatti, Gracie Fogarty, Lucy Warden, Mia Sestric and Shelby Ezell.

As part of their preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation, the eighth graders presented their Confirmation Saints to the school community at a weekday all-school Mass.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by our Open House on Sunday, January 28th as well as all of our outstanding faculty and amazing parent and student volunteers who shared all that St. Ambrose School has to offer! The day was a great success with many visitors and classroom demonstrations. If you were unable to attend the Open House but would like a tour to see our students in action, please visit the website or call the school office.
All women are invited to Kenrick-Glennon Seminary (5200 Glennon Drive, 63119) on the third Thursday of each month for prayer and a talk. The next meeting will be on February 15th, in the chapel. The speaker will be Dr. Larry Feingold, Associate Professor of Theology and Philosophy at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary. The Rosary will be prayed at 8 a.m., and Dr. Feingold will speak from 8:15 a.m. until 9 a.m. Coffee will be offered afterwards in the Fireside Lounge until 9:30 a.m. For more information, see: www.kenrick.edu/fiat.
