Since our inception in 2004, the ASAP Foundations primary goal has been to
provide scholarships for disadvantaged students to help them succeed. We
research communities, schools, and programs in Illinois and Massachusetts
that assist impressionable young students who are at risk academically and
environmentally to help them realize their dreams with the fundamental
components of a private education. Currently ASAP sponsors students at
San Miguel Schools (Chicago, IL), Link Unlimited (Chicago, IL) and St. Peter
Marian (Worcester, MA).

The strategic partnership between the ASAP Foundation and LINK Unlimited
was established to help academically motivated youth, at the high school level,
gain an opportunity to receive a quality private school education.
It is our teams sincere hopes that you are encouraged to become involved
in ASAPs annual events. Our fundraising goals cannot be accomplished
or achieved without partners like you.

MAKING AN IMPACT
Through our signature events, Jerry is able to meet and impact the lives
of students in the program, like Keshaun Thomas, a sixth grader at San
Miguel who is now being sponsored by the ASAP Foundation. Through
social and academic events at San Miguel, Jerry and Keshaun continue
to have the opportunity to get to know one another closely, inspire each
other and discuss their future goals.
Or, like Anthony Pierce, a student at De La Salle with 4.3 GPA, has been one
With the LINK Unlimited program, Jerry and Anthony have bonded at cultural
events across the city, as they embark on the four-year journey they will
share together during Anthonys high school career. The outings assist with
broadening Anthonys horizon, as well as a chance for them to link, and
get to know each other better.

All-Pro Chicago Bear, Jerry Azumah for the 3rd Annual Signature Fundraiser,
a celebrity-bowling tournament that took place at Lucky Strike Lanes. Alberts
Diamond Jewelers, Cricket Wireless, Hennessy Black and Time Out Chicago
participated as ASAPs most generous supporters for the 3rd Annual event.
Guests were greeted with featured cocktail reception by Hennessy Black, and
hearty hors doeuvres provided by Lucky Strike Lanes. Attendees were able to
play alongside the celebrities and athletes, and the bowler with the highest score
at each lane received an autographed pin from the Chicago Bears players, and
a gift from Alberts Diamond Jewelers.
Media partners for the event included: Time Out Chicago and Vocalo Radio.

The overall event, as all ASAP events are, was energetic and entertaining as
guests were able to enjoy a luxury lounge, join the excitement at the bowling
lanes, and partake in specialty crafted cocktail reception and small bites, all the
while learning, or passing along, ASAPs mission and goals. Attendees walked
and other amazing prizes. The process of creating awareness of the ASAP
Foundation, LINK Unlimited and San Miguel Schools Chicago appeared to
be trouble-free and simple because of the support and passion in which the
event was built. With the help of our guests, supporters and benefactors as
well as potential partners and additional attendees, we look forward to being
able to produce this event and raising money for young impressionable minds
in years to come.

joined former All-Pro Chicago Bear, Jerry Azumah and NBA Player Andre
Assistance Program (ASAP) Foundation and the Andre Iguodala Youth
Foundation (A.I.Y.F.) for Laugh Until You Cry, a comedy event fundraiser
that took place at the W Hotel City Center.
All of the proceeds raised went directly to ASAPs scholarship fund and
A.I.Y.F.s youth camp, a basketball camp created not only to help inner city
youth improve their athletic skills, but helps build character and academic
strength as well.
VIP Guests were greeted with featured cocktails sponsored by Grey Goose
Vodka and had the opportunity to meet and greet with the comedians at a
pre-event cocktail reception.
All comedians that performed at the event donated their time. Comedians
included, Brian Babylon (vocalo.org), Tyson Karrasch, Leah Eva, Willie Lynch
Williams. The event was hosted by WGCIs Leon Rogers. Guests received
complimentary gift guide magazines courtesy of exclusive media partner,
Time Out Chicago.

Our annual events continue to be successful and helped take us a step
closer to our 2012 fundraising goal. The events are lively and entertaining
as guests were able to enjoy big laughs and a lot of fun. The process of
creating awareness of the ASAP Foundation, LINK Unlimited, San Miguel
Schools Chicago, and the A.I.Y.F. for the 2011 Comedy Show appeared
to be trouble-free and simple because of the support and passion in which
the event was built. We at the ASAP Foundation look forward to being able
to produce these events to raise money for young impressionable minds
events and raise the necessary funding for educational scholarships. Below
