is a modern fully automaticpacking system, that has beenespecially designed for thepackaging of fine free-flowingpowders.

All necessary steps from the filling up to the closing of the open mouth bags take place in a compact cabinet.

4Functional Description

Operation cycle

The empty bags are singled andtaken out of the empty bagmagazine that is chosen accordingto your needs. This empty bag isplaced on an intermediate table inorder to be correctly positionedfor the following bag placingprocess. It is properly opened,securely transferred and exactlyplaced at the filling spout bysuction bars.

During the filling bag clampsgrab the bag from all sides in asecure and dust-tight way. Theclean and gentle product filling isensured by the double wall flapfilling spout with integrateddeaeration that has especiallybeen developed for the foodindustry.

The product is optimallydensified in the bag during andafter the filling process by theoptional bottom and sidevibrators. As a result you willfind block-shaped and clean bagsthat are easy to palletize.
