Driver Installation Guide
First of all please ensure that you are using the Printer with a Bluetooth-enabled Host (such as a
Laptop/Smart Devices etc). Activate the Bluetooth of that device. Once the Bluetooth is activated,
successfully, you can see the computer icon at the bottom right of the display.
Please read and follow the below instructions to install the driver “Printer Driver Setup .Exe”.
1. Choose the language and click “OK”

2. Click on“Next”:

3. Select “I accept the agreement” and click “Next”, as shown below.

4. Now choose the default path or browse the path where you want to save the exe. Click Next.

5. Click on the “Install” button to start installation. If your device has any antivirus software,
please give permission to allow this installation.

6. On completion of the installation process, choose the OS of your PC/Laptop, and select the
printer model “POS 58Series Printer” for 2inch and “POS 80 Series Printer” for 3inch.

7. Click on “Begin Setup”, You will see the following screen, click on “Install”,

8. Now Select “install this driver Software anyway”

9. On completion of installation, you will be able to find the printer “POS 58” in the control
panel of your PC/laptop.
10. Switch on the BluPrints Bluetooth Thermal Receipt Printer.

11. Now to add the Bluetooth printer, left-click the Bluetooth icon of your Windows device and
click on “Add a Bluetooth Device”. As you enter the wizard screen, please choose “My
device is set up and ready to be found” and click on “Next”.

12. If you can see screen as below, then please wait till the device is searching for the Bluetooth
printer.

13. Once the Bluetooth printer is found. For example, BT Printer1234 Bluetooth printer as
shown below. Please click on “Next”.

14. Choose “Let me choose my own passkey”, then enter “1234”.(This is the factory default passkey. If you want to change it, you must inform us to set the new passkey for you in our
factory before shipping.) Click “Next”.

15. If you can see the screen as below, the Bluetooth printer is already connected. Please note
down the assigned COM ports and Click on “Finish”.
Note: Please remember the Outgoing COM Port number.

16. Go to Control Panel ->Device and Printer. Click Add Printer.

17. Now Click on the option - “The Printer That I want isn’t listed”. You will now see following
screen, select “Add a local printer on network printer with manual settings”. Click Next.

18. Now select the COM Port which you have noted in step 7 as the Outgoing Port. Select Next.

19. Select “POS” in Manufacturer and POS-58 in Printers (For 2inch Model) or POS-80 (for
3inch model). Click Next.

20. Select “Replace the current driver”. Click Next.

21. Enter the display name which you would like to display on the screen. Click on Next

22. Click on “Print a Test Page” and select Finish.
