A)TermsofAgreementBy using the assigned DISCOUNT CODE at time to realize the reservation you will immediatelyobtain a 15% discount on the actual rates published on Sant Jordi Hostels Web Site. B)BookingConfirmationandCancellationpolicy

• Booking Confirmation: In order to complete your booking you will be required tointroducethecreditcarddatainthespecificspaceandfinallyaccepttheTermsandConditionsbycheckingontherelativebox.Onceconfirmed,aconfirmationemailmessagewill be send to the provided email in a short term. In order to finally confirm thebookingwewillchargethefirstnightaccommodationpriceontheprovidedcreditcardasdepositpayment.Guestwillbeaskedtopaytheremainingamountuponthearrival.

• CancellationPolicy:Rememberthatcancellationsareacceptedbye-mailonlyandwillhavetobenotifiedtohostelemailaddress(rockpalace@santjordi.org)7daysbeforethearrival date. In case of late cancellation, the deposit initially charged won’t berefund.Underthesecircumstancesthepriceofthefirstnightofthereservationwillberetainedbythehostelaspenaltyforlackofpropernotificationofcancellation.ForanymatterconcerningbookingmodificationorcancellationyoushouldgetincontactdirectlywithHostelFrontdeskbye-mail.

C)PaymentandRefundPayment will be always collected in two moments (unless one payment solution has beenspecificallyrequired):

• DepositPayment:Consistingoftheamountofthefirstnightaccommodationprice.Thedepositamountwillbechargedontheprovidedcardinordertoconfirmthebooking.Incasewewon’tbeabletocollectthepaymentbecauseoftransactionfailure,anemailwillbesendtoyouimmediatelytoinformabouttheupcomingissue.Asolutionmustbeprovidedwithinaminimumtermof48hr.

• Balance Payment: Consisting of the total cost of booking (net to the Touristic Tax)

minusthedepositalreadypaid.Balancewillbecollecteduponthecheck-inbychargingthecreditcardusedattimeofbooking.
