is located at 405 E. Houston, Highlands, TX 77562 The school is a part of the Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District.
Mission and GoalsOur mission and goals... The mission of B.P. Hopper Primary School is to ensure the success of each student by providing a nurturing child-centered learning environment in which students gain a strong academic foundation.
In order to achieve success, we have set the following goals: To prepare our students for the new passing standards of STAAR. To increase mastery on assessments in all subjects. To improve Title I services to better meet the needs of economically
disadvantaged students. To improve student attendance. To encourage and support parent involvement. To promote community involvement.
