Terms & Conditions of McAtamney’s Traditional Butchers Loyalty Card.

DATA PROTECTION:

The information on this registration form will be retained by Lorgan Technologies Ltd.

trading as Payback Loyalty Systems the Registered Data Controller, operating the

McAtamney’s Traditional Butchers Loyalty Card. This information, as well as details of the

amount and description of purchases, will also be retained.

We may from time to time, send you information including offers of goods & services and

competitions which we think you may nd of interest. We may also conduct customer

research to help us offer all customers the service they want.

Therefore, we may wish to contact you in relation to such research.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter of the Loyalty Card is: McAtamney’s Traditional Butchers.

2. Points can only by saved while making a purchase. Therefore, your Loyalty Card must be

presented to the cashier at the checkout whilst making purchase for points to be allocated.

3. 5 points will be awarded for every £1 spent in store. You can redeem your points against your

shopping in-store. For example 1000 points is equal to £10 off your shopping.

4. Points will be accumulated on every purchase excluding restricted items, products may be

excluded at the discretion of the promoter or operation of law.

5. You will be able to save points in McAtamney’s Traditional Butchers exclusively.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any Loyalty Card card if they deem that it has been

forged or otherwise tampered with.

7. To join McAtamney’s Traditional Butchers Loyalty Card, you must be 18 years of age

or older.

8. Your McAtamney’s Traditional Butchers Loyalty Card remains the property of the

Promoter and must be surrendered if so required.

9. The card can only be used in McAtamney’s Traditional Butchers.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to issue a Loyalty Card and may

terminate or otherwise alter the McAtamney’s Traditional Butchers Loyalty Card.

11. The Promoter’s decision shall be nal and binding in all matters regarding the McAtamney’s

Traditional Butchers Loyalty Card.

12. Your McAtamney’s Traditional Butchers Loyalty Card is not a credit, payment or cheque

guarantee card.

13. If you have not made any purchase during a period of 6 months, you may be eliminated from

the scheme. You may rejoin the scheme at any time. At your written request, your name can

be removed from the McAtamney’s Traditional Butchers Loyalty Card scheme.
