As a Senior Director in the Houston office, Brett Butler leads a highly accomplished team of professionals in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office, industrial, sale-leaseback and portfolio net lease properties. His care for and commitment to his clients has allowed him to cultivate and foster strong relationships with the top

developers, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT), and private investors nationwide. Since joining Stan Johnson Company in 2009, Butler’s attention to detail and client focus has enabled him to secure more than $700 million in total transactional volume. With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Butler is well regarded and sought out for his advice and expertise on intricate transactions.

Specializing in the disposition, acquisition and capitalization of net leased properties, Andrew Peeples is dedicated to superior client service and prides himself on cultivating long lasting relationships with the most prominent developers, institutions, corporations, and private investors in the country. As a Director at Stan Johnson Company’s Houston office Peeples focuses

on industrial, office, retail, sale-leaseback and portfolio transactions. Since 2011, Peeples and his team have finalized dealings valued in excess of $450 million.

From private equity development and investment firms to boutique tenant representation, Peeples has focused his efforts in commercial real estate since graduating from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006.

Since joining Stan Johnson Company in 2013 and specializing in the acquisition and disposition of net lease properties in the retail, office and

industrial market segments, Jackson places the upmost importance on his client’s best interests to ensure a seamless transaction process.

Jackson previously worked with Mammoth Real Estate Group where he focused on tenant and landlord representation for retail, office and industrial properties. He also obtained extensive experience in land sales in and around the surrounding Houston area.

As Analyst of a highly skilled team, Neal Maranuk assists with financial investment analysis, pricing analysis and property marketing, as well as maintaining and progressing strong client relationships.

Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Maranuk was a property tax consultant for Ryan, LLC, where he was involved in financial and

valuation services for complex properties. Before his tenure at Ryan, Maranuk was introduced to the commercial real estate industry through internships with Weingarten Realty Investors and Whitworth Land Corporation.
