Yes, our Financial Partners offer a Commercial Loan to help Vendors selling their productsup to 5.000.000 USD.

Good practices and eligibility for TuREEFFSelecting a certified supplier and installerWhen selecting supplier of insulating materials and high-energy performance windows, choose those that is included in TuREEFF´s List of Eligible Supplier and Installers.
TuREEFF also provides free technical assistance forthe rehabilitation of your houseSome measures are more cost-effective than others and you will recover the cost in reduced energy bills more quickly than others and could have greater impact on overall heat loss than simply increasing the thickness of insulation, using more energy efficiency windows, replacing your old boiler or other energy conservation measures.Depending on the region where you live in Turkey, due to different climate conditions, there are different requirements to protect your house from the cold in winter and the heat in summer.
Our technical team will provide you technical assistance to design and select your rehabilitation project according to your budget. Our engineers will issue the Energy Performance Certificate for your rehabilitated house if you implement more than one energy conservation measure.

RECONSTRUCTION
Our Financial Partners have designed a special Individual Loan for homeowners that voluntarily and unanimously decide to demolish and reconstruct their building with the aim of achieving higher energy performance, quality and safety.If the energy performance certificate of the reconstructed building is B or A, you get finance up to the 30% of the eligible cost, with a maximum cap of 250,000 USD per homeowner. Also for the new additional apartments, we offer you a Mortgage, limited to 250,000 USD and up to 50% of the value value ofthe property.

(2010/31/EU). This introduced new energy requirements for comfort temperature, comfort relativity humidity, insulation and windows with minimum heat loss values for various climate regions, air tightness, hot water, lighting and renewable energy. The Building Energy Performance regulation requires that all new buildings obtain an Energy Performance
Certificate, with a minimum performance level for new buildings set at level C.
