PRINTING ON STOCK BRUSHES
CHOICE #1 HOT STAMPING Your company name can be hot stamped on most of our wood handle brushes at a minimal fee of $0.25 per brush.
Minimum: Most collec ons only require 24 PCs. of the same brush for this service.
However, the Brown Faux & Basic Essen als Collec ons require 48 PCs. Our brush descrip on appears on one side of the handle. Your company name will appear on the other side. You can choose the same color print as our descrip on for your side or switch your side to another color foil (Gold, Silver, White, Black, Etc.). We use a standard font (all uppercase) and standard size le ering. Any changes to this – would require custom prin ng on custom made brushes (see below). Number of le ers that fit will depend on the size of the brush that you are ordering. Usually – no more than 22 characters (including spaces). Lead Time: Approximately 5 ‐7 days before shipping.
CHOICE # 2 LOGO PRINTING Our stock brushes can be logo printed using the same fees and minimums associated with our cosme c prin ng. If you prefer your logo to appear on the handle, a plate can be made at a one me addi onal charge. Minimum: 144 PCs. Set Up Charge: $50.00 per brush style (If ordering 6 or more styles ‐ $25.00 per style) Passes (Hit Fee): $0.35 per brush printed Pad Print Plate ‐ $180.00 per size or two sizes for $270.00 (one me fees) We usually recommend at least two plates to be made. One for your smaller eye brushes and one for your larger face brushes. The plate will be made to fit the smallest brush ordered and then used for everything equal or larger. If a skinnier handle is ordered (a er making plates) chances are that your exis ng plate will be too large to fit this style. Therefore we suggest that you determine your styles, prior to making plates. Logo Prin ng Lead Time: Logo Prin ng Lead Time: Approximately 8 weeks on ini al order (and 6 weeks on reorders of the same). Plates made for stock brushes can be reused on any other stock product (not on custom made brushes). All imprinted materials require a non‐re fundable 50% deposit up front. All die plates must be prepaid in full. / Plates remain property of Brushes by Karen.
CUSTOM MADE BRUSHES
Minimums start @ 144 per style brush. Our brush head with your choice of handle color, ferrule color and imprint descrip on. Please inquire for more informa on regarding handle color, ferrule color and logo color choices. Minimum Excep on: Brown Faux Brushes require a minimum of 576 PCs. Per style brush (1st me orders of 288 with 6 or more styles accepted). Pricing for custom work at 144 per style brush is the same as list cost. Price breaks are given star ng at 288 per style brush and break again at 576, 1,000, 3,000, 5,000, 10,000, etc. Packing Op ons: Custom Brushes will be packaged one to a self‐s ck bag or bulk packed. For individual vinyl pouches – add $0.15 for eye brushes and $0.22 for face brushes. Vinyl Pouches are subject to discon nua on in the future.
DECO: Logo Prin ng On Custom Brushes
We can print up to two lines per brush ‐ on opposite sides of each other. A pad print plate is required for each line printed. There is a one me charge of $60.00 per plate for a logo or any custom descrip ons, however, you are welcome to use any one of our standard, stock descrip ons at no addi onal plate charges to you (there are hundreds to choose from). 1st line is printed free (no individual print fees). 2nd Line printed ‐ add $0.15 per brush. We usually recommend at least two plates to be made. One for your smaller eye brushes and one for your larger face brushes. Orders that are shipped outside of the USA require a $250.00 minimum order and 12 PCs or more per item/shade. (Sorry — No excep ons to our minimums.)
We are a wholesale company. You must be a re‐seller within the industry to order. Resale # must be given or order may be subject to sales tax. All price break
discounts are based on quan es ordered per sku (not mixed). Client is responsible for all importa on shipping costs, including du es & taxes. Custom Orders
and Printed Orders have Higher Minimums. Please inquire for more details.
SUGGESTION: Since we do not take returns ‐ if you are unsure of an item, we will allow you to try one piece of it (one me only) to see if you like it.
This way, you are not stuck with unwanted merchandise. Re‐orders of the same item must be 3 PCs or more. Please know the exact name
of the item that you wish to order. We cannot be held responsible for sending the wrong item if we are not given its proper iden fica on.
DELIVERY: We require approximately 2 – 3 working days to process most stock orders (longer for custom and imprinted merchandise). Next day or 2nd day air will
speed up the me in transit, not our processing me. Freight is FOB, Mineola, NY.
PLEASE NOTE: To ship to all of our clients in a mely fashion, we are unable to make any changes once an order has been placed.
Addi onal merchandise needs must be treated as a new order and meet our minimums. Please be aware of the different packaging op ons when ordering.
PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx or Discover cards. Orders over $5,000.00 may be required to be paid via wire transfer and will include a $20 fee.
First‐ me orders and subsequent orders over $500.00 must be guaranteed on a credit card or pre‐paid with a cer fied check or money order. We do not accept
postdated checks. If paying with a credit card, our authoriza on form must be filled out to our sa sfac on and returned to us prior to shipping, or the transac‐
on can be made on our online payment center. All custom‐ordered and imprinted merchandise requires a half deposit at me of order.
RETURNED CHECKS & FEES: There is a $20.00 fee on any returned check. This fee is in addi on to the original check amount. Future orders are held un l the
check and fee are paid in full.
BACKORDERS: Although we try to keep a large inventory of each item in stock, occasionally problems do occur. If an item is out of stock, we will do our best to
let you know at the me of order. Out of stock items will be taken off your order. We ask that you re‐order it next me. If an out of stock item is expected in
shortly, we will let you know so that you may have the op on to hold your order and ship when we are restocked. If you do not want to wait, we ask that you
re‐order these items next me. You will be charged shipping on reorders.
ERRORS OR PROBLEMS: Please report any errors within three working days of receipt of your order. If you received an item sent in error (on our part), we will
issue a call tag or make suitable arrangements to pick up the merchandise and send you the correct item. It is your responsibility to check all the merchandise
immediately. No claims will be accepted a er said me. For damages, etc. a er said me, we will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise.
We reserve the right to deny claims that might arise from a third‐party damage or shortage claims (co‐packer, fulfillment center, printer, etc.)
DAMAGED ITEMS: Please call us and your local carrier (UPS, USPS, FED EX, DHL, etc.) for a damage inspec on. Be sure to leave the damaged goods in the
original shipping carton. We cannot replace a damaged shipment if a proper claim has not been placed with said carrier within one week’s time.
CANCELLED ORDERS: 15% service charge will apply if the order has already been packed. Custom‐packed (unprinted, unlabeled) orders are subject to a
25% restocking fee. Custom‐labeled, packaged or printed orders are non‐refundable. Refunds to credit cards (due to customer error, changes or cancella on)
are subject to a 4% processing charge deducted.
RETURNS / AUTHORIZATION: Please order carefully. We do not accept returns. All authorized returns will be given an RA# and this must be wri en on the outside
of the box. All authorized returns must be in their original and re‐sellable condi on. Do not send merchandise back without calling for an authoriza on number.
All returns without authoriza on will be refused and sent back at your expense.
SHIPMENT REFUSALS: Once you have placed an order, you are responsible for accep ng delivery. If an order is returned due to being refused or no one being
there to accept it, you will be responsible for the shipping charges plus restocking fees, as listed above. If re‐shipped, double freight charges will be imposed.
No further orders will be shipped un l your account is clear. Please make arrangements to accept your shipments.
DEPOSITS / LATE FEES / ETC.: Deposits and payments taken against imprinted or custom‐made orders are not refundable. Clients are responsible for accep ng
completed custom orders within 30 days of no ce of comple on. There will be a 2% interest charge, per month, on all invoices past due 45 days.
If at any me a collec on agency is used because of nonpayment, you will be responsible for all costs incurred.
