Each participant walked/ climbed the equivalent of the 110 stories of the World Trade Center holding a slip of paper with a fallen first responders name on it. Our individual tribute not only remembers the sacrifice of the First Responders but symbolically completes their heroic journey to save others. We can ensure that each of the 343 First Responders are honored and that the world knows that we will never forget. Military Night—September 17th, 2021

On Friday, September 10th Columbus Grove staff and students paid tribute to the 343 First Responders who sacrificed their lives to help others. Each participant walked/climbed the equivalent of the 110 stories of the World Trade Center holding a slip of paper with a fallen first responders name on it. Our individual tribute not only remembers the sacrifice of the First Responders but symbolically completes their heroic journey to save others. We can ensure that each of the 343 First Responders are honored and that the world knows that we will never forget.

Homecoming festivities:

If weather permits, the CG Band will lead the high school students through town for a fun filled, school spirited parade. Then everyone will head to the gym for a pep assembly! The annual parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. starting at the Legion, ending at the football field. Prior to the football game, we will be announcing the Homecoming King and Queen. The Homecoming dance will take place on Saturday, October 2nd from 8:00 p.m.—11:00 p.m.
