Vision Statement
Committed to a vibrant Catholic education, we ensure quality
learning experiences through community partnerships
that nurture each student in mind, body and spirit and
embrace the teachings of Christ, giving witness to Gospel values.
Empathy is being able to identify with, and feel the concerns, feelings and needs of another person. A person of empathy is able to listen sensitively, understand and lovingly “be with” another person. Empa-thy is at the heart of the ministry of Jesus who first sought to love and understand the people he later healed, and empathy is also at the heart of discipleship.
The quote for this month is from 1 Hebrews 3.8:
Finally, all of you, have unity of spirit,
sympathy, love for one another, a tender heart and a humble mind.
